Worst app ever
Worst app ever, dont buy it, i bought 70,000/- subscription AND THIS USELESS APP REMOVED THE EDITION VIDEOS AND NOTES AND ALSO REMOVED ALL THE RAPID REVISION VIDEOS AND NOTES of ed 5 and 6 respectively. i am calling them since 3 months nobody answers my call, and i will soon expose them on social media, and also file a police complaint soon. I AM DAMN SERIOUS.

Incompetent service
I have purchased the 6months plan for my 2nd year mbbs which costed me around 7000Rs. I got my notes delivered a month late than the expected delivery. The app does not work half the time. I have tried everything I’ve changed my internet connection I have tried switching devices I have literally tried everything which concludes that the problem lies entirely in your system. You are the most incompetent when it comes to providing service. The support center does not even pick up your calls they’ve kept me on hold for literally 30 mins and not answered my calls whereas the sales center picks up your calls in literally 5 seconds considering y’all think you are getting a new person to buy your plans and also the staff from sales is very rude. I am paying such a big amount and literally getting nothing in return neither a good service nor a good support. There is no other way to contact your team other than one number which keeps you on hold forever and other number where the staff is useless and rude. I either want my app to work smoothly right away or get a refund. I have had enough of your incompetency. I am going to post about all of this on social media and urge everyone to never buy any of your plans since y’all hold zero accountability of your service. I have tried marrow as well and they have way better service.I have my exams in two days and this is what I have to deal with instead of studying

App support
The team consistently provides valuable support whenever there is an issue with the app.
Needs major improvements
1) the new animation for right and wrong answer is very disturbing and unnecessary please get back to basic one.
2) even in exam mode the correct incorrect is displayed, does this even justify the mode title so, it is supposed to be displayed after all questions
3) no count of custom module in stats, however even custom module stats per subject progress is also not included in the stats
4). There are still few qbank mistakes and mismatch of audio explanation for mcq
5) no audio explanation for pyqs
6) they removed og highlight feature which was the best means almost majority of students use that means it was very easy track how many students are using that feature and then think to remove it
7) technical support is worst, very slow and genric solution somehow they manages to create new issue every other day
8) the resolve tnd has same question as in main qbank, so you can just mig up those and score 100, worthless to subscribe or paying additional if they are using same question for that.
9) ignorant and lazy tech team and loss of basic business fundamentals for whoever is the resolve tech and program manager.
Still better than many apps, but this can be done easily by prep and be a gold standard for any exam but they are like bunty! Slow sabun

teachers are good, but the application is just average..
I’ve been using the Prepladder app for quite some time now, and honestly, the experience has declined compared to earlier versions. Over the past year, I’ve noticed several issues that significantly affect learning.
First, the notes are not properly updated. There are multiple spelling mistakes, and in many cases, the content in the notes doesn’t align with the videos. This creates confusion instead of clarity, especially during revision.
Second, the video playback experience is frustrating. Sometimes only the introduction keeps playing on loop, or the videos take too long to load. Even after updating to the latest version, the app repeatedly asks me to update again when I try to play videos, which clearly indicates a technical glitch.
Overall, the app feels poorly optimized. It’s slow, buggy, and lacks proper quality control. It gives the impression that there isn’t strong technical or academic oversight behind the platform right now.

Always some issue going on with the app, notes doesn’t download, videos keep getting paused , waste of time mid of serious preparation.Teachers in this course are excellent that’s the only reason breaking my head with this silly app

Irrelevant content for neet pg
Don’t know why Prepladder is introducing new things for us to pay. Being an old elite member I don’t have access to the new videos, not even to the test and discussion. And even though they had introduced Rapid revision reignite, and promoted it like it was the end game and sold it in elite plans and now it has not even been 3-4 months they have introduced new super elite plan, and for the old elite plan users there is no option to upgrade the plan, so if you want access to the super elite plan, you have to purchase another subscription for the same amount we bought elite plan when rrr was introduced. It is costing twice the amount than the new elite plan users will spend. Plus the videos in the old elite plan are not updated, not even in the soft copy of the notes on the app. What are you teaching for pg if you are not giving us updates just because we bought your app a few months back? Would not recommend anyone to get Prepladder for neet pg.

Frustrating Experience with Test Practice on This App
I’ve encountered two major and extremely frustrating issues while using this app for test practice. First issue: Many times, the test prompt mentions ‘the following image,’ but the image either takes several minutes to load or doesn’t load at all. This not only wastes my valuable time but also disrupts my focus and impacts my performance, especially towards the end of the test. Second issue: When reviewing answers, the app starts to lag horribly after about 30-40 questions. The screen goes blank, and I have to restart the app. Even after restarting, the same lag and crash issue persists, making it nearly impossible to complete the review process. These severe issues are making me consider switching to another app altogether. Either fix these problems ASAP or risk losing users who need a reliable study tool!

Amazing teachers but the app has to be developed..
The teachers and notes are amazing but the app has to be developed And also enable to stream on computer browsers. At least make an app for the Mac OS. Please. Please also allow us to download pdf notes directly.
Worst experience ever among educational platforms
I installed this app and barely even used it. Nothing drew my attention to subscribe any of their plans so I did not. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you, they called me every single day nagging me to buy their plan. I regretted so much to even have registered my phone number on their app for them to call me every single day, disturbing… Everyday it was a different student framing banda to call me. The last person who called me was a lady claiming to be “MY COUNSELOR”.. I asked her “how can I help you” when she introduced herself. And she was like NO, I’M YOUR COUNSELOR and hung up the phone. Excuse me?! I don’t remember asking for your service!! The audacity!!
I’ll neither be installing this app nor recommend it to any of my juniors. Such an annoying way to frame more consumers. Do better !!

Videos are good but the app interface and bugs should be cleared out
I have faced so many issues on downloading the videos in my iPad . Even though I have only logged into two of my devices , the app says I have 3 devices logged on the same account. How is this even possible. The prepladder AI for the contact support is one hell of a waste feature. The bugs should be cleared out , I mean there are n number of bugs are there. Video closes automatically, even if I save videos offline and when I open it without internet, it says that I have to connect to internet to watch it. Then what is the purpose of saving it offline? We had spent so much money. the content s very good but the app is not.

Poor service
This is regarding my Prepladder subscription. I have you informed about the invoice 10days back to your employees. The service is really disappointing as such the platform user interface is poor. It has so many errors happening so frequently. I couldn’t use my app’s notes and couldn’t download my videos for more than 7 days. After multiple mails, it took them 5 days to help me very close to my neet pg exam. Now, to have a invoice that I have paid for six months back is really disappointing. Messages, calls, emails..No response, no replies from the employees. They put hundreds of messages and they want us to buy a Particular platform And when we require Any service, no response. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. Why is there no transparency with payments? Why can’t you provide a invoice for a paid subscription? Needs a lot of improvement.

Regarding PrepLadder team and app
I am using PrepLadder since 2 years and I am very happy and lucky that I have got chance to learn medical science in such easy and interesting way. PrepLadder has provided such excellent teachers that it’s easy to understand the complex concepts in easy way. Especially I will appreciate the question bank of PrepLadder, it’s really awesome because it’s comes with nice explanations ( theory + videos format )
My subscription was getting expired and I just requested the PrepLadder team to extend it till my exam day(approx 20 days ), and they listened my request and extended my subscription. I am highly thankful to the PrepLadder team for this support and help.

Very quick response to the concerns!!!
I was very sad as my app subscription ends on june13 which is just 10 days before the actual NEET PG2024 soo I felt bad that I couldn’t revise all the bookmarked questions or pyqs once and for final before exam that’s when I contacted PrepLadder and within no time I received a reply mail and with in an hour I got my subscription extended up to June 23 for free..🥳🥳Now I am soooooo happy for this kind act..

App lagging and taking forever to reply to quries
The app is lagging too much these days and when tried to report the problem it says that I’m nit logged in and redirects to prepwebsite.
