Have ordered bouquets of flowers for about 12 months. Just one occasion where the flowers weren’t as good. Dealt with Laura C who rectified it & a new bouquet was quickly dispatched. I would not go anywhere else for flowers. Excellent.

Difficult to navigate
They want you to use the App but the website much more user friendly.
Payments issues
Paying through credit card was nightmare as it kept taking me to paypal account which i hardly use!

First time ordering from this company. Looked really good and reasonably priced too. Shame they haven’t arrived in time. Postage was only £5.99 but still sad they haven’t arrived in time for such an important date

Next day waited in, no flowers - tracked flowers and it said as per my request they would hold them in Royal Nail sorting office for 5 days😡
I never requested that - who would knowing they would be dead my the time they arrived
Went to mail sort office - closed, returned the next day to collect
Contacted Prestige, no chat available, email reply the next day - just fobbed off saying beyond their control, pathetic- waste of money don’t trust them 🙈

Very disappointing , ordered for Mother’s Day , took out of box and a couple were snapped off/already dead , went to change water yesterday 4 days in and alot of them already nearly dead
