Travion assisted me very quickly and met my every need. I had trouble removing the charger from the port, causing an original charge of $14.96 to skyrocket to over $60.00. He refunded me a portion and removed the pending charge for the rest of the funds. I am very grateful for his assistance.
Love Presto
Presto is built in insurance especially when chargers donât work⌠your authorization hold is good for an hour which Trey did a great job at explaining and calming me down as I was rethinking my whole life and decision on going electric lol. But Trey and Presto saved the day! This App will always be used daily to locate and pay for charging! Thankssss Treyyyyyyy!

Some decent discounts, garbage UI
There are some good deals to be had with Presto, especially on ChargePoints that otherwise charge a flat hourly fee. Beware, however: many stations are marked up on Presto then âdiscountedâ back to what youâd pay on the native app.
The Presto UI is just trash. No way to hide the keyboard so you can submit a charger problem report. The map inexplicably snaps back to your current location when you return from the charger detail view, making it impossible to research chargers anywhere else but your current location.

Every time I go to a charging station I never have an issue. Every single person that Iâve encountered at the station using the OTHER APP has been experiencing issues. Never with presto đ. I pull up , plug in , and thatâs it. I love it here.

Charging Station Error
I had an issue using the Presto EV Charging app where the station kept showing an âunauthorized payment methodâ error. It was pretty frustrating at first, but their customer service completely turned things around.
I reached out to Presto support, and they responded quickly. They were able to verify my payment method on their end and remotely start the charging session for me. The whole process only took a few minutes, and they charged my card afterward without any issues.
Honestly, this was some of the best customer service Iâve experienced in a while. Fast, helpful, and effectiveâexactly what you want when youâre stuck at a charging station.

Itâs a good app. Having one app with multiple networks is great. But why would I use the app if it cost more to charge??? Typical charging cost is .72 per kw through charge point app. Use presto itâs .79 plus a $1 charging session! Claims to save 45% off peak hours but price doesnât adjust!!! Great concept poor execution!

Absolutely love everything about this app!
I drive for Uber and I signed up as an Uber pro driver so I get discounts that are really great for me. I usually use the EVgo but theyâve totally changed their rates. Now even at 3 oâclock in the morning Iâm being charged $.51 per with Presto I get The same charger at $.31 per. EV go has also moved to where the only way you can get a discount is by signing up for a monthly fee service. And now theyâve also added $.99 per session. I used to be able to charge at the EVgo stations early in the morning for $.31 per and now itâs $.51 unless I join one of their monthly payment plans. Iâve already let EVgo know that I wonât be using them but Iâm not telling them about this service because I donât want them to discontinue letting Presto give us discounts. But Evie EVGO used to be awesome now not at all. So thanks Presto for letting me continue to get awesome discounts. As a 4 to 5 a day per week driver, I really want to thank you for making my expenses a lot less. I would give you 10 stars if I could! And I definitely wanna give a shout out to your customer service because every single time, which has few compared to EVgo on their own, Iâve needed them they have never been able to fail me. So give all your customer service reps a raise because they definitely deserve it!

Presto isnât good
Presto is FANTASTIC , I love the convenience of being able to use different charging networks - not to mention they donât hold your deposit for 3 days or take another one if the charger itself took a dive , they have made having an electric car pretty easy ⌠keep growing !!
