More Crashes Than a Demolition Derby
The app crashes every time I use it. It takes multiple tries to use a single article. I have to “restore purchase” every time I open app. As a move through a single issue articles only partially load. It is very disappointing.
Not able to get to my content
I just purchased an all access subscription. I log in to the app and nothing happens. It wants me to pay to open the content. The app does not seem to be working.
Horrible customer service
Unable to access digital content due to error message - account does not exist - and no one will respond to my request for assistance.

Cannot get access!!
I have messaged repeatedly with no response. I’ve had a subscription for decades and do not have an email address on file with you all. Do I have to pay additional for online access?
