Cannot log in after starting free trial

I signed up for the free trial and tried to create an account, and my password was not recognized after. I changed my password twice and still cannot login. I don’t see any information in the subscription email as to how to cancel the subscription before I get charged. When I clicked contact support from the login screen a weird message about Apple Intelligence popped up and then an email window opened that shared details about my iphone. I just want to cancel this.

I am on my 48th workout and love the app and the workouts. It is everything I had hoped for. Joan inspires me to keep going.

Got the 1 month sub. Maybe it’s my iPhone or it’s the way the whole content was shot, but the bottom part is cut off so I cannot see foot positions well
