Never again
Terrible
It used to be easy to login.
The login screen is horrible it has Options login with Apple or Google clearly visible but on iphone se3 the login with Email option is barely on the screen down the bottom and you have to keep tapping it around 50 times to be able to get to type your email address then password.

Great app
Great app, nice to have all the vouchers in one place, easy to use the only thing is if you don’t open it on a regular basis it doesn’t remember your login details ..
Not received my farmfoods £100 gift card
I went through on my Clear Pay account , and paid for a £100 farmfoods gift card, yous have updated your app (my phone is old) and I cannot get the new update, I tried to cancel it , but Clearpay are still taking my repayments out my bank , so I’m now £100 down and no £100 farmfoods gift card , I’m absolutely fuming 😡

EXCELLENT
Great App & user Friendly ⭐️
Poor customer service couldn’t access cards
I received a gift voucher that unfortunately didn’t work when I tried to use it. It was frustrating and embarrassing, especially as it was intended as a gift. I expected the voucher to be valid and usable without any issues. Really disappointing experience, and I’d recommend checking that vouchers actually work before purchasing them as gifts.I tried to work out with customer services but they were not interested in trying to resolve the problem ,

Impossible to use the fuel card
This is a great idea for gifting
I love the idea of being able to send a more personalized gift over long distances. Great for last-minute gift as well.
I chose four out of five stars because I had to restart my order multiple times for various reasons.
We sent our gift in advance take this with her when she does her birthday freebie haul. Hoping it works as easily as it seems.

Poor customer service
I purchased a gift card from Afterpay and Prezzee never applied the money and you can’t get a live person. I’m in the store embarrassed because my gift card kept declining. You have to email your concern when you need it to be resolved immediately. I couldn’t buy groceries for my kids due to this issue and Afterpay has already taken the initial payment. This sucks for the consumer. I will just use Klarna who doesn’t use a third party for their gift cards. Prezzee do better when there is a customer issue

Great e-gifts
I am very happy with Prezzee E gift cards. My first experience, I was able to purchase the gift card. I want it and pay it with four easy payments. It is a great way to give.
