I received a gift voucher that unfortunately didn’t work when I tried to use it. It was frustrating and embarrassing, especially as it was intended as a gift. I expected the voucher to be valid and usable without any issues. Really disappointing experience, and I’d recommend checking that vouchers actually work before purchasing them as gifts.I tried to work out with customer services but they were not interested in trying to resolve the problem ,

Trouble opening app
I’m having trouble opening my app it said to update so I did then it says open, pressed open it goes right back to update please help I have gift cards in my wallet I can’t get the app to open this is the second time I’m having trouble

Extremely limited in where you can use a prezzee egift card.
You have to convert the card to another shop before you can use it which is laborious and difficult.

My account was deactivated without notification AFTER I purchased a gift card. I am now unable to access the gift card and there is literally no one avaible to help. You call the number there is no rep avaible the bots on the website are not helpful. I am exhausted and out of $150

It's not easy to access this page and it always asks for a new user account.
Could use a useful feature
I like it.. keeps all my gift cards right where I can easily access them… I just wish that whenever you used a gift card and did not use all of the funds that the app will pick it up and automatically update your balance under the card.. so many companies don’t allow gift cards balance to be checked online… and so many times I use a gift card and forget that I still have X amount on it… so for that reason I give it 3 stars
