Our scheduled ride fell out last minute coming back from a trip abroad and it was easy to book last minute and the price was very reasonable!
On time and great communication
We used them twice in the past couple weeks going to and from OC to LAX. They were on time for both pickups, even after we had multiple delays in our flights on our way back. But as we updated our changed flights on their app, they knew when we landed and texted us with directions.
I liked that you pay the tip at the time of the booking. No awkwardness we left. Just a thank you and in with our day.
It was expensive, but cheaper and MUCH easier than a Lyft, etc. with 5 people and lots of luggage, age curbside pick-up.

You can pick your car you can pick your price. The application is so easy and friendly. I always like using it and the drivers are always on time.

Good service, bad location
The process for getting from baggage claim to the Uber Lot is not great. When you get there it is like something they threw together. Basically a parking lot with a few popups. The software and driver were very good but the process to get to Prime Shuttle at 8:30 at night is not great.

Zone 20 pick up
I wasn’t informed till the last minute that pick up will be at the uber/lyft area. I availed of your service again cause the last time we were picked up just outside the door of the United Airlines. My wife can’t walk far and had the wheelchair service even. I know it is not the driver’s fault but I shiuld have been given me a heads up regarding this situation.

Great Experience
Wonderful experience. Driver (Ahmed) was early which worked for our group of 6 headed to our cruise terminal. Highly recommended for a larger group with many suitcases.
