Screwed up my HSA, will have problems with IRS
They were supposed to forfeit my FSA balance in October, which never happened. Then they sent me a message right before 2022 saying that I still have funds. Promised to forfeit them again and of course did nothing. Only said that I need to spend those money to bring balance to 0 (genius!), which was obviously too late because it was in 2022. Totally misleading and screwed up my HSA contributions. Now I’ll have problems with IRS.

Submit claim button is gone from home screen
Cannot find where to submit a claim, not a user friendly at all. That's the first thing user should see when opening the app. Frustrating. Hopefully support will help me to find that hidden button to submit the claim.

I filled my claims on the computer and then I went on the app and couldn’t find a place to see the stays off my claims I had submitted

No longer shows updated info after log on after WEX change
No longer updates when prime switched to wex. Any ideas as to when the new app will be available to work with wex? When will you be his app work with the wex change in August?

It’s very difficult to find things
I just want to submit a claim and I have to look everywhere for it. It should be one of the first things I see. Align with my account balance and total contributions, I can’t find anywhere with the date of my contributions. It makes it impossible to determine whether my latest contribution from my paycheck has arrived, unless I keep a separate tally outside the app.

Need to add support for PDFs
Please allow users to add PDFs of their EOBs to substantiate claims. Currently the app only accepts photos.

Love it but has bugs
This app ideally is great, but lately I’ve had trouble with it crashing after a submit a picture and when I go back in my picture wasn’t saved. Also, where I can attached a receipt, after i submit one picture it disappears from the list and I have to go find the transaction on my claims to add another picture. I also wish it accepted pictures from my photo album... it does but they are never the right size to be able to submit so I have use the camera in the app, which leads to my first problem. Keep working on the bugs please bc it really is handy.

To app or not to app
I love having the ability to submit things with my phone, but on many occasions I have uploaded receipts and I can see them on my end but they are blank on the administrators end. Also, when a claim is denied, it’s not easy to find feedback as to why. I still spend too much time calling.
Great and easy
I love the ease of use of the app. The only reason I am rating the app at 4 stars are the very minor glitches which are very annoying to an anal retentive person such as myself. Once the alerts remain clear the app will be considered a five star app in my book.

Recipts
Each time I go to the doctor, I only have two doctors, you asking for all the receipts, they are showing charge is coming from dr office you still Require a receipt. This is in sane it’s a full-time job I did not charge at McDonald’s or I did not charge Albertsons. My employer pays you, and you make this. Difficult.

Doesn’t work for me at all
I was able to log in, then it timed me out. I tried to log back in and the app quits itself each time I hit my username. iPhone XR iOS 12.2
Wish I could use it
App crashes every time I enter my username and try to log in. I even tried deleting it and redownloading it but that didn’t help. I have an iPhone.
