Payment

It doesn’t save your payment information and requires you to input it each time. Poor design.

Great food, awful app

The most frustrating app I have ever used. There has been a number of times where i get on the app to order the food, the menu UI sucks, the checkout system is glitchy and the it tells me i am using the wrong zipcode and therefore I just decide not to eat there. Buying food through here feels like a scam because the checkout just never works. If you are going to eat here just go in person. Its not worth the struggle on the app

App needs work

Doesn’t use Apple Pay. Have to input credit card every order. It lags horribly usually times out when trying to enter information. Good thing the food is awesome

Check out doesn’t work

You add an order, get to the last screen and it doesn’t let you add any payment information or submit the order. Zero point to having this app

Can’t Order on a food app in 2026

i go to order and it’s just a black screen. i can click on other things but it’ll remove my order which i can’t even see. going off wifi and it won’t even load, it’s like loading a website. multiple factors to get your account just to not even be able to use the app as intended is crazy

Orders don’t go through

This app and the website needs to get fixed. I ordered on the 17th for delivery with a coupon and the app crashed when I put my card info in. It charged my card but the order never made it to the store nor on my account. Now I got to wait for a charge to fall off of pending before I can dispute it. SMDH

Awful

App flow is horrific. Enter number, sign up, validate email, enter creds back to enter number. On the 3rd loop uninstall. I’ll order somewhere else.

Left behind in the dark ages

This app is like looking at an old html website. It’s a sorry excuse for an app that helps drive online ordering and rewards for so long now.
With all the tools like AI at your disposal, there’s absolutely no excuse to put out an inferior product. Absolutely terrible!

You need Apple Pay

The app is great because it’s cheaper on the app that it is to give DD or GH a cut, but you have to type in your card number every single time. Get Apple Pay on the app or at least give us the option to pay in person.

Update: it’s been months since this review and they still don’t have Apple Pay.

Inconvenient

Terrible UI design. Tons of unnecessary clicks. Poor fit to screen ratio. Payment processing feels extremely outdated. No Apple Pay and no saving credit card details so manual key in payment details every transaction. So bad I just call and pay at pickup.

Time Thief

This is so much work to just order something. You have to pretty much give out the middle launch code to complete an order. If I pay with a credit card why do you need all my personal info? Also, I still can’t figure out how to become a member for rewards. Registering with this app is brutal. 15 minutes just to get the app (had to update!) and order two sandwiches for pickup. You are so lucky they taste great! Would have bailed years ago

Sandwiches > App

The app is fine. Basic functionality. It would be really helpful if I didn’t have to re-enter my basic info (address) every time I order. It would be great to add a “favorites” feature so you don’t have to browse and customize every time. And please please please add Apple Pay!

App down

App crashed on “App Day” - classic

Push marketing. Unable to sign up for loyalty program.

App sends daily promotions via push notification. User must turn off all notifications for this app and give up the useful order pushes.

Unable to sign up for loyalty program: requires SMS verification, but the texts come hours after the request

Real Hoagies now in Texas

Finally, I’m able to get real Italian sandwiches in Texas!

Payment method options

It’d be great if you could have our address saved or allow saving payments or using Apple Pay. It’s bad UX to require that every single time…

Wont let me order

Please fix this major error. I have tried to order both pickup and delivery through this app and both will not let me. It says the zip code is incorrect when it is not. Glassboro NJ has a zip code of 08028 so when i type that why will it not let me order. Please fix

Awful

If you have notifications disabled for this app, it prompts you to reenable them every time you open it, which is somewhere between obnoxious and abusive. The checkout process is amateurish. You can’t save address and credit card info, Apple Pay isn’t supported, and the forms are set up in such a way that using autofill is a tedious pain. It would be faster to place an order by phone. Far and away the worst restaurant-ordering app I’ve ever used.

Difficult every single time!

I have tried to use this app without any success for several years. Whether it be a promo that is missing or the inability to move forward in the app, there’s always a problem. It’s time for you to fire the company that developed this app for you and start over.
