Inconvenient
Terrible UI design. Tons of unnecessary clicks. Poor fit to screen ratio. Payment processing feels extremely outdated. No Apple Pay and no saving credit card details so manual key in payment details every transaction. So bad I just call and pay at pickup.
Time Thief
This is so much work to just order something. You have to pretty much give out the middle launch code to complete an order. If I pay with a credit card why do you need all my personal info? Also, I still can’t figure out how to become a member for rewards. Registering with this app is brutal. 15 minutes just to get the app (had to update!) and order two sandwiches for pickup. You are so lucky they taste great! Would have bailed years ago

The app is fine. Basic functionality. It would be really helpful if I didn’t have to re-enter my basic info (address) every time I order. It would be great to add a “favorites” feature so you don’t have to browse and customize every time. And please please please add Apple Pay!

App sends daily promotions via push notification. User must turn off all notifications for this app and give up the useful order pushes.

It’d be great if you could have our address saved or allow saving payments or using Apple Pay. It’s bad UX to require that every single time…
Wont let me order
Please fix this major error. I have tried to order both pickup and delivery through this app and both will not let me. It says the zip code is incorrect when it is not. Glassboro NJ has a zip code of 08028 so when i type that why will it not let me order. Please fix
You need Apple Pay
The app is great because it’s cheaper on the app that it is to give DD or GH a cut, but you have to type in your card number every single time. Get Apple Pay on the app or at least give us the option to pay in person.
Awful
If you have notifications disabled for this app, it prompts you to reenable them every time you open it, which is somewhere between obnoxious and abusive. The checkout process is amateurish. You can’t save address and credit card info, Apple Pay isn’t supported, and the forms are set up in such a way that using autofill is a tedious pain. It would be faster to place an order by phone. Far and away the worst restaurant-ordering app I’ve ever used.

Difficult every single time!
I have tried to use this app without any success for several years. Whether it be a promo that is missing or the inability to move forward in the app, there’s always a problem. It’s time for you to fire the company that developed this app for you and start over.

Wrapping a web page is not an app!
Nobody wants to install an app that just wraps a web view, especially if it doesn’t even persist things like shopping cart between app launches. Super bad experience, will uninstall after slogging through the UI for $6 subs.

Impossible Sign Up
Signed up with email and phone number. Verified email but never received code for mobile. Now stuck in an account purgatory where I am not able to access my account, sign in, or verify my mobile number. Tried to use the contact us form and gave a nonsense error about no order changes accepted. Guess I won’t use the app or order from them. Very disappointing falling into this registration gap and no help to resolve.

Awesome easy and quick
Location will suddenly switch
Have ordered through the app and would recommend sticking to ordering from website. App will glitch and reset order which could have you order from a different location. This happened to me and had no idea I ordered from the wrong location
Decent app but hard to pay
The app is pretty easy to order on but the payment method with a credit card is so difficult. The app need to save your credit card data for future purchases.
Missing features, hard to use
Their is an option to save a delivery address but you can’t have that as a default or even a button to populate the fields if you’re planning to order delivery.
Interactions in the app also warn that you will abandon your cart. Why is that?
I think they need some serious product design help here if they expect people to actually use this.
