Blocked withdraws as soon as I deposited $25; I didn’t even make a bet yet. The customer service has ignored my messages asking for help. If you want to never be able to withdrawal your money use this app.

Unable to withdraw
Support does nothing but say the same script again and again. No assistance for withdrawal when online banking fails. No other methods to withdraw even after using other methods to deposit. Tale your money but won’t give it back.

This app advertises sports picks up until you deposit money. Then locks the sports picks. Those picks are only available in some states.
They won’t refund your money regardless of the issue and will only adhere to policy. You’ll need to play it through 1x(which is pretty standard) and then still go through a copy and paste AI chat bot to get support.
Even after the playthrough, my withdraw was still denied and I had to go back through support.
I understand the playthrough but don’t advertise the app as something it isn’t until you get a deposit. There’s plenty of other apps to pick sports on. Any of them are better than this!

I place a bet on a 6 pick power play and one of my players I bet on to score a goal gets a DNP* revert so I refund my bet only to see him get put in the game and score in the last 10 min. Doing That ruined my Chances for a 1k win and that’s just wrong. Why would my bet get DNP if he was gonna end up playing anyways? Also would I still have my bet the same if I had left it instead of refund?!

Too much going on. Drains battery.
Resource heavy apps force the processors or graphics chip to work extremely hard. The continuous location tracking, or live projection updates. You’ll be scrolling down players and all pf sudden you’re taken to top. Not to mention the unneeded graphic design for picks. Kalshi way better.

They act like I’m a problem when I just want to withdraw my funds and I don’t like how it says you use apple but you see it in the app the whole app just slow and need to update or just taken down and then they have you doing run arounds about your withdrawal but you can deposit money easy that’s stupid

When you deposit money on to the app it’s no problem at all until you want to withdraw then it’s a problem they make it difficult to withdraw saying you must enter another card number it’s totally bs I can’t even withdraw the money I deposited doesn’t make any sense.
