I want every red cent of my money. This app is slick and deducted $1 from me in a frivolous bet. I only put $10 in to see if I like it. Interface too clunky and confusing. So now I can’t get my remaining dollars out. A bunch of BS!

Account Issues
I’ve been using PrizePicks since 2023. I never had a problem. But just recently my account has been deactivated and violated for Account Misuse, Multi-Accounting, and Account Sharing. I’ve been trying to contact them for a while now that this is my real account. They took weeks to respond back to me and still wouldn’t let me access my account. If they’re going to disable my account, I’d like to at least take out my money that’s been sitting in there for a month now.

Do you want to be robbed blind with every bet you place? Do you love promos that are constantly getting worse? Do you love being forced to play certain lines because you aren’t allowed to play the way you want? Then you came to the right place!!! Not only is their customer service the worse in existence, but the app set up is the worse too!!! Just save yourself the headache and download any other app other than this garbage. Constantly making odds worse where it’s even odds for over but you get screwed if you pick under. You can pick multiple demons and their multiplyer will register it as 2 regular picks. This thing is a scam and I can’t wait till I see this company burn to the ground. The app runners will be the gatekeepers of hell

I would like if you guys would put it back how it was on the withdrawal behave only can with draw once now every 24 hours but if I put money on your app I can load as much as I want!! So, when I copy and paste a pick it doesn’t allow me to submit it . This problem recently occurred
Extreme lack of consistency
Ive had the app for about a week and a half now and have had way too many issues for that time frame. First, there were two nav tabs missing (Feed, Rewards). Today, those tabs were finally there but now no markets will load (Feed tab loads just fine) and I cant access the Teams or Culture picks features. I wish I had invested in a different app.

Deleted the app today
So I get an email today that says that the noticed suspicious activity on my account. So they changed my password for me and said that I needed to reset my password. What kind of activity I ask. But they don’t answer questions with real answers. I had a couple of dollars there and they can have it. The money is not worth the hassle.

And here is a hint… if someone is telling they are having a problem with customer support, stop responding with the form message of contact our customer support and they will take care of you. Do better. How bout you reach out that person and try to fix the problem. Do better.
