Locked Accounts/Poor Customer Service

Started off as a decent app, but they are capable of locking/deleting your account for absolutely no reason. Never had that happen to me with any other Sportsbook. Customer service was also the worst I’ve experienced and never really explained why they locked my account, and did nothing whatsoever to help recover it, even after everything they make you go through to try and recover it. For that reason alone I’d stay away from Prizepicks. No matter how much you win, in the blink of an eye they’ll close your account and you’ll never see your winnings again.

Scammers

Won a bunch of money and they disabled withdrawals. I have done 4 ID verifications, multiple screenshots of my credit cards, selfies of me making hand gestures, images of my email account details, etc. it’s been about a year now and they still are asking for more verifications

Be Careful

I made a deposit to my account and PP mistook it as a way of money laundering. They closed my account, kept any money that was in my account and cancelled any bets I had in progress and kept that money also. Locked me out so I could not log in and don’t have customer service to speak to about my account.
