Haven’t been able to access the app again after initially requesting assistance through it. (Which did work brilliantly)
Cannot get back on to check on the booking. Just keep being met by a blank white screen. Not great for people who really will rely on this app to book and follow up on special assistance

Controls don’t work with voiceover
Interesting concept, but you would think that an app designed to book assistance would include accessibility. Using VoiceOver trying to create a request and choosing a service animal radio buttons that aren’t activated with VoiceOver is a bad moment. Tapping on controls on the screen switch tabs. Full of bugs waste of time. Just book your assistance when you book Your ticket or just deal with it at the check-in counter or with the flight crew for a meet and assist at your destination.

App doesn’t work properly
I never received my verification code. I tried at least 6 times. Out of that, I received 1 code 18 hours after request. It obviously had expired.
Great every time
I’m surprised to see the low score for this app. I discovered it about 6 months ago and I’ve used it for 3 return journeys and every time the requests have gone through no problem and it means I don’t have to contact my airline, I can just arrange my assistance at my convenience.
Waste of space
Only deals with 1 mobility equipment. We have 2 a wheelchair and power pack assist wheel. Will not recognise airline booking reference. So can not make a request
Don’t bother
Booked assistance for Edinburgh airport - got there and no record of any booking.
Didn’t crash but a fiddle
Hasn’t crashed and registered and booked outbound and return assistance. Fingers crossed it all works ok. Shame when book special assistance with the airline why you then have to do this all again?!
Needs a lot of work and attention
I never received any confirmation regarding my request, the request was made 4 days in advance and a follow up email was sent as well, that was never answered.
Additionally the app is not entirely functional, and I thought I had mistakenly downloaded a copy cat scam app because of the misspellings and lack of functionality.
This really needs work if people and airlines are going to depend on it.

You can’t add a thing, the app just kicks you out. Don’t waste your time setting it up.

I can’t add any trips to the app. It crashes constantly but the airport recommends it. Waste of time. There must be something better out there

Cannot do anything on this app without it crashing. Don’t waste your time. And for a “autism friendly airport” it is appalling.
