Stolen funds
Do not use this app for your EBT. I downloaded this app last month and the very next month the morning my benefits were reloaded they were stolen out of my account. I still had the physical card and everything. When I called my local office to report it and told them that I use the Propel app they were fully aware that Propel steals funds. And now nobody replaces your stolen funds. And on top of that if the office is based in New York City, my funds were stolen in New York City so it’s the employee.

Great EXCEPT
Please remember that if youve locked your card for out of state purchases before leaving to try to turn that off before going out of state. I cannot use my card unless I order online. It was embarrassing and held up the line. When I did notice and tried to turn it off, a message saying “cannot reach your states server” came up and I had to spend cash.
