Not showing my balance it says
The app isn’t showing my balance it says it can’t reach my state and call the number an press 1 it’s been like this for like two weeks, it’s annoying

I don’t know what’s been going on with it here lately, but it never updates correctly so it shows you have money and then when you go to the store and you get what you need and you get to the cashier and when they scan it, it has zero somebody somewhere really needs to fix this you can’t call the 800 number because it says your account can’t be seen right now, so what are you to

the app is fine i never had a problem till now. it doesn’t do nothing but say “ your balances are correct but we can’t load your recent transactions” and it doesn’t show how many days till the next one or confirmed anymore it’s bugged out.

Super easy to check the balance of my EBT card. If I lose a receipt or if I don’t want to call the card. It’s easy to open the app and check the balance.

I’m not sure why hardly anyone knows this app exists, it helps me feel less held back needing assistance at this time. I could not appreciate this app more and all the companies and institutions that have decided to give us having a hard time financially access to their services. I’ll always remember the companies that make room for me. The next step for me is looking into jobs which is a brilliant section. Leaving a city to rural Ca as a single mom I started over in a remote/digital career path but being self taught and right now on my 3rd unpaid internship I’m hoping the jobs listed might be exactly for people like me.
