Awesome App- perfect for scaling businesses
Properly has been a major upgrade for our hospitality operations workflow. We manage a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties and needed something that could support real operational visibility, inspections, accountability, and team coordination at scale.
The platform feels purpose-built for operators who actually live inside turnover logistics every day. Inspection flows are cleaner, issue tracking is faster, and communication between field teams and management is far more intuitive than other systems we’ve used. The implementation team has also been responsive and willing to work through operational details instead of giving generic support answers.
A lot of software in the STR space looks polished but breaks down once you’re managing active operations across multiple units and vendors. Properly feels like it was designed by people who understand the realities of hospitality servicing.
Strong fit for serious operators focused on consistency, guest readiness, and scalable systems.

Could not even log in
I could not even set up an account to start using the app.
freezes
seems to freeze an awful lot. I can’t seem to open my app sometimes and I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to work correctly. Not sure what is going on, but it’s annoying. Still freezing having sides
Scam. Do not use.
The app is the clunkiest one I’ve ever seen. Feels like it’s made by a bunch of Bootcamp level coders who don’t understand interfaces, or their designer must be in grade school. Awful support, they billed me for months after I stopped using the app and refused to give me a refund. I would strongly strongly recommend going nowhere near this app or company. Scam.

User friendly, and timely support
The app is continuously evolving, and has worked great for us for almost 6 years. We currently manage just under 40 properties on it, and are able to do so successfully with this app. We have a large crew of cleaners, and they all find the app easy to use. The calendars are always correct, and the notifications are very helpful. Anytime a property has an issue, it’s very easy for the person cleaning to document it in the job, and we are notified. We pay per property, but it’s absolutely worth it.

I need help to register

Half the time it doesn’t work.
As title suggests, half the time this app does not work, which is getting me in trouble with my employer for “not using the app as intended”
I’ll finish a job and half the time, after completion and the app confirming I’ve completed the job, it will continue to stay in my jobs list as in progress and, even though it says on my end it’s completed, it’ll show as incomplete on the front desks end of the app.
To make things even better, the job will continue to sit in my jobs tab of the app for a few days until I either decline it, which gets me in trouble, or the app decides it finally wants to update the jobs list and actually send it as completed to the front desk, which still gets me in trouble.

Works, to a point
The app works more or less the way it’s intended to, but can be very annoying on iOS.
Why is the home tab with all of the properties not the default tab to load into? It’s really annoying to have to switch over to properties every time I open it, since it’s the tab I use the most.
Creating/editing checklists is a huge pain on mobile. Why is the orientation of checklists always forced sideways when editing a checklist? It makes a little sense when adding tasks to photos but for checklists it makes no sense and is super frustrating.
Adding photos is a pain too, especially with very large properties that require many photos. Ideally I’d like to just get all of the pictures on my phone, then upload them to a checklist, but once you start trying to upload more than like 20 photos the app crashes and doesn’t save your photos.
So instead I usually just add/take photos in the app, but even that is annoying. Why does the “add slide” button stay at the top, instead of moving down as pictures/slides are added? It would make more sense to move the “add slide” button to the bottom of the slide reel so it’s easier to get to, instead of scrolling back to the top every time, which can get very laggy with the more slides that are added.

Awesome App
This app is exactly what i had bern looking for. I’m hoping more service providers will catch on so i have more to choose from. As a vacation property owner this app is going to be a huge benefit to me.
DO NOT USE THIS APP
This is app does not work like they say and costs a small fortune which they won’t refund if the app doesn’t work as described. If a booking is made in one listing it will add the same date bookings to every listing. You spend more time deleting incorrect uploads than actual cleaning. The staff are rude and unhelpful and will make out that the problem is Airbnb sync. They try and gaslight you to make you think you’re the problem.
