It’s bad!
When the app worked I would give it a 2 to maybe 3 stars because it was useful to have although it could be a lot better. Now it is not worthily of a 1 start because it doesn’t work on Apple or Android because it’s so far out of date.
Trash
App is trash. Have to reinstall every time I want to use it. They never have a fix when you call. It’s always something on the customers end. But I have the same issue on two different phones.
Worthless
It doesn’t even merit 1 star, but since you have to select a star, will give it a 1 Continually hanging up, have yo delete the app whenever we try to do an inspection, sometimes multiple times before it works. Doesn’t always bring the pictures across, so they have to be manually loaded. Extremely time consuming and support does nothing. They want screenshots or a video of what is happening, then all you get is crickets! Piece of garbage!

So Disappointed
This Property Ware for inspections and work orders is the absolute, without a doubt the worst system I have ever used. I never get the templates loaded for an inspection without having to repeatedly re - load the templates. It will be blank or simply disappear all together when inspecting. Constantly having to delete the program an reload the app , ugh really tired of the hassle. If I can give a thousand negative stars that is what I give property ware PWM-Users .

Frustrating as Ever
Are in the forth year of using Property Ware.... Even though they are innovative it seems we continually have glitches coming up which is costing a lot of time. It is getting very frustrating as I can delete the app, reinstall it and many times it will work, but this is a daily chore.... I get told it’s a connection issue or slow mobile data.... yet I can have full bars and sometimes it works well... many times it’s kicking us off or freezes up altogether..... very frustrating at times I would give this a negative rating if I could…. you’ll see back in 2019 PropertyWare notate that they did something that made this program unstable however they’ve done nothing to fix it. Whenever I call in to ask them how the repairs are coming to this and when it will be stable again I get the real reason that I’m not in a good enough area for signal or I don’t have a good Wi-Fi that’s a constant excuse because when you delete the program re-upload it it can work fine for sometimes 30 seconds 10 minutes maybe an hour but it crashes constantly.
