Helpful App for Banking
This is the easiest most convenient app for checking balances, transfers, autopay anything you have with your banking it’s simple to find and I’m glad I have this bank!
Great banking option!
I have a savings, Roth IRA and car loan through PSECU. I am very happy with their rates and service. Any time I need help or have a question, they are quick to respond. I recommend them for all your needs.

Great with one exception
Really appreciate the ease of use and operability of this app. However, not sure why when depositing a paper check recently I had to try scanning about a hundred times because the green lines jump all over the place and won’t line up no matter how steady I hold the camera. Never did this before and I haven’t changed anything on my end.

We’ve been with a local bank in our town for well over 20 years… Had enough of the nonsense & made the switch to PSECU. We couldn’t be happier with the Credit Union. We DO wish there was a local branch closer to Bloomsburg, we have to drive an hour to Harrisburg if we want a face to face… Well worth the drive though!

Viewing issues after latest update
Could the top bar in the app be made smaller? It takes up almost a third of my screen and I am left with a smaller area to view my accounts. It makes it difficult to see more than 4 accounts at a time when I used to be able to see a lot more. Other than that the app has had few bugs through the years, 2 stars is due to the recent update making the viewable area too small. Also, please remove the ACH:Payment, ACH:Deposit, etc. from in front of transactions in my accounts. I cannot read where the transaction originated and it is making it very difficult to track expenses quickly. Will change to 5 stars if these items get fixed in a later update

Not Happy with the Update
When an update says "we promise to make this painless" I don't expect to have to agree to a 20 page agreement, much less be locked out of viewing my accounts until I have the time to read it. I did it at a time when I couldn't access a browser... That is not painless!

Takes forever to load, sometimes doesn’t, have to close and try again.
Great app except for depositing checks
The app is great and I love how accessible it is the only thing that is a constant struggle is when I need to deposit a paper check. I struggle as a blind person in getting all of the sides lined up even with the automatic picture feature it seems like it can consistently get the front but never the back.
