Persistent notification badge

App has persistent notification badge, even after I read all the messages

App is okay

New customer/user feedback:
1. Code entry ###### can I give this to moving 3rd party people? No idea.
2. I’m going to ignore the iOS badge counter or turn it off. Legitimate or not, stop bothering me with nonsense like:
3. Is auto pay off or is auto pay on get your app together because it’s so misleading or buggy. And don’t send me past due or payment implying it’s late for half a month away. It tells me you don’t communicate well at all. I turned auto pay back on and off and still seems off on the dashboard.
4. This insurance coverage is useless. Please explain why 5K is the value for everyone regardless of what’s in their storage or how large the storage is?

Payment Method Error

There has been a payment method error since March of this year which has created an issue with my account. Thinking I remedied the issue by using my credit card instead of my bank account to remit payment, in June I was told neither April nor May’s payment was received. To avoid any further issues I submitted payment via my AMEX card; however, I also submitted proof of my previous payments for April and May via bank statements and proofs of payment as requested from the storage facility personnel in order to have the double payment returned which still has not happened. Either there is a glitch in the app or there is an issue with Public Storage’s payment mechanism itself which is fleecing customers out of their money. This issue must be resolved immediately.

My credit card has been attached to this stupid app!!!
It is not downloading and is constantly requesting me me to “ update”!!!

Horrible service and outages costs

I’ve been a customer of PS Storage since 1991.
Almost every few months the rates keep going up. I currently rent six different spaces from them and I’ll complain about the price. They will lower the rent prices for a few months, but the prices then will go higher than they were before. The bathroom has been locked up for almost two weeks now, and the water heater has been broken for almost fifteen years and they haven’t bothered to fix it. Every single public bathroom is required to have hot water for washing the hands before leaving. I’m now actively looking to rent somewhere else.

Today, I went to Public
Storage at

10401 Rhode Island Ave.

and my time there wasn’t anything less than amazing!

It was over 100 degrees outside!
I was hot, thirsty and irritated but when I came inside and met and an employee named Giovanne, that was when my life began to change. She greeted me with a smile and asked me if she can be able to help me with anything. She was very courteous and was such a pleasant person to talk to.

She took care of everything of why I came and explained everything to me. I was so impressed with her level of professionalism and service.

It was so outstanding and I wish all employees in service jobs were as genuine as she was. I can’t even describe it but she was the Best ever!

super glitchy and always signs me out super incredibly annoying, very terrible app

Public Storage app

Having trouble updating the app. I usually pay my bill on the app. Now you have an update and I can't get into the app to pay my bill.

Useless

You can drive up to the gate and literally be four or five feet away from the keypad and this useless app will still say it’s out of range… so you have to get out of the car to physically key in the code. Every time. Every single time. Absolute waste of time.

GOOD IDEA BUT WORST UPDATES EVER

The app kinda works, if you have service, which you NEVER DO when you are in the storage buildings. THEN it updates EVERY OTHER WEEK so you HAVE TO UPDATE IT TO GET IN. I end up ALL THE TIME HAVING TO WALK ALL THE WAY BACK DOWNSTAIRS TO GET SERVICE JUST TO UPDATE THE APP TO MAYBE BE ABLE TO GET INTO THE STORAGE UNIT. It works ok but really sucks when you have to update it

Back ups

I swear that two weeks doesn’t go by and Public Storage wants me to update the app!
Am I livid, hell yes I am. I can see updating once in a great while, but every few weeks is a disaster. Get your act together!

App Badge Notification

The app is fine. Glitches from time to time, but what apps don’t? I’m very much bothered with the notification badge on the app that won’t go away. I don’t have any messages pending in the app and it still says I have a notification. Could you guys offer a solution? I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled. Signed in and out. Nothing makes it go away.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I’m new to the area and need storage quickly. The employees at 3100 Murrell Road in Rockledge,Florida are always super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help! I would recommend this location to any looking for reliable service and a safe location that’s affordable!

Way too many updates

The Constant updating of this app is frustrating. Every time it’s updated, either the “open gate” part of it doesn’t work or it deletes my password. It seems every time I try to use the app it wants me to update and it’s usually in the middle of me trying to open the gate.

Blank screen and circle of eternal waiting

Great idea but this app really needs an overhaul.
Signs you out then when you try to sign in either by typing or using Face ID it won’t let you.
When i pull up to the gate to drive in, the access code screen goes blank.
Tech support and/or programmers need to address many issues within the app.
It’s almost useless otherwise.

Never ending red notification bubble

No matter how many times I have tried to refresh this app or delete it and re-download it or look at my notifications and change settings, this app refuses to clear a red notification bubble for a notification that just doesn’t exist, it’s frustrating!!

It’s ok.

Public Storage needs to have WiFi service, sometimes the cell service is not very good in my area, especially at the elevator. Also the app should be available on Apple Watch and why the app works with iPad instead the watch is baffling

Notification bubble won’t go away

Notification bubble won’t go away in iOS even after reinstalling the app. Stupid issue that only Public Storage can’t seem to figure out. Fix it!
