I have used other major pharmacies, and have had the BEST experience with the Lake Gibson Publix Pharmacy. Their staff is always kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.

This app SUCKS❗️The email says my Rx is ready. I open app and my “ready” prescription does NOT SHOW anywhere ❗️I am unable to PRE PAY for it AND I need to pre pay as I am disabled and have another person picking up. Pharmacy said that others COMPLAIN about this app as well. Publix, “where shopping is aq pleasure, DOES NOT APPLY TO its PHARMACY APP❗️❗️➡️Despite the developers reply, I and others - including pharmacists - see too many errors listing NUMBERS of Rx’s to be filled - too many sometimes or not listing a prescription at all❗️An app should have OBVIOUS & CORRECT input choices without the need to “go around one’s head to reach one’s nose.” My post graduate degree is NO HELP navigating your app❗️Those who are old, with poor vision should not need to do mental gymnastics to use the Publix Prescription App. FIX IT OR RE-DESIGN IT. Even the Publix pharmacists agree that there is a need to IMPROVE this app🤬

This use to be a great app I could do everything I needed to do in it .
The update is ruin it , we need a fancy looking app that doesn’t function well.
Last time I used it to update all my info and new insurance info , now it can’t do it.

I find the app easy to navigate and pay for my prescription. Saves me time and those at the pharmacy
Cannot access app at all
When I try to log in, nothing happens. If I try to use a one time code, I get a screen that says Bad Request. I have tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, nothing lets me log in.
Thankful they have a drive thru
I love getting my rxs where I shop. This location has a drive thru and I can be in and out. My only complaint is they still use plastic when they have paper bags.

Worthless
Created an account. The app asked me to add a new patient. Try to add “myself“, entered a pass prescription. The app keeps sending me in a loop to add a new patient cannot get out.
