I open app and my “ready” prescription does NOT SHOW anywhere ❗️I am unable to PRE PAY for it AND I need to pre pay as I am disabled and have another person picking up. Pharmacy said that others COMPLAIN about this app as well. Publix, “where shopping is aq pleasure, DOES NOT APPLY TO its PHARMACY APP❗️❗️

I find the app easy to navigate and pay for my prescription. Saves me time and those at the pharmacy
Cannot access app at all
When I try to log in, nothing happens. If I try to use a one time code, I get a screen that says Bad Request. I have tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, nothing lets me log in.
Thankful they have a drive thru
I love getting my rxs where I shop. This location has a drive thru and I can be in and out. My only complaint is they still use plastic when they have paper bags.

Worthless
Created an account. The app asked me to add a new patient. Try to add “myself“, entered a pass prescription. The app keeps sending me in a loop to add a new patient cannot get out.
Customer Service
Excellent service and I’ve never found a mistake in my medications. No one ever acts aggravated if I call with questions. The regular staff always remembers my name and are very prompt and courteous.

I’ve been using the Publix pharmacy at Deerfoot in Trussville for several years now and I’ve consistently had friendly, professional service there. They always have my meds in stock. If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend that you do.
