room service
I want to see the room service is great but as far as the timeframe it needs to be shorter and I understand the need for serving all the residents or should I say hotel guest scenario but shortening the timeframe for rooms. The rest would be great other than that. Five stars make sure that you tip.
Beautiful Property
The property is beautiful and the service is excellent. We also enjoyed the food. All of the food except the 1950’s diner. The service there was horrible! The only other thing we did care for is the golf cart situation. To go anywhere on the property you have to wait for a golf cart person to pick you up. Sometimes it’s so many ppl you have to wait for a while. Other than that we had a GREAT time.

Phenomenal Resort
Everything we expected and more. The Service, Food, Pools, Rooms,etc…It’s all top notch. I highly recommend this Resort.
No water
Roaches in first unit. No water in any faucet in unit 1683 for hours. Not even to flush the toilets….
Old and expensive
This place smells like mold and is falling apart
Horrible Place
Cockroaches in our room. Got checked in 2 hours after we were supposed to. Room had unmade beds as if it was never cleaned. Can’t use app to order room service. The list goes on and on.
Awesome Customer Service
Very professional personnel. The customer service here is top notch. I was having issues with the app which they fixed. They also have made our reservations for various activities which I appreciate. I appreciate the fact that everyone must have identification to be here which makes the vacation secure. This is a fantastic place to vacation!! Thank you to all of the personnel here for all of your patience. You are truly appreciated!!!

Once you got all logged into the app, it seemed pretty intuitive… But it’s a little confusing that you can’t put special characters in your password is messed up at first. We haven’t gotten any room service so I can’t come in on that quite yet.

Having a great time at Pueblo Bonita Los Cabos! Celebrating our 20th anniversary’s!! Place is clean. Staff is very prompt, conscientious and polite. Food is great and drinks are plentiful! Highly recommend!!

We love this place. Perfect for families with kids and teens. Very safe.
Tranquility & Beauty
Every time we took the shuttle to Cabo & experienced P.B. Sunset, Rose or Blanco, it seemed overwhelming & chaotic, we longed to get back to our intimate, relaxed, tranquil Pacifica … like going out in the world & coming back to beauty, & tranquility …
We are in the tower, Eduardo & Hannia are our ‘super concierge’ butlers … never thought we would utilize them much but they’ve done everything for us, all we do is enjoy.
The entire resort is small, & yet it’s not crowed, it’s easy to access everything & there’s always enough areas by the pool … we still have a week here. The restaurants are amazing as well. Shuttles to all the other PB resorts - easy peasy ❣️
