I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the app on your iPad Air. To ensure proper functionality, the app requires iPadOS 16.4 or later. If your iPad is running an earlier version, that would explain why it’s closing when you try to select your device. We’re glad to hear it’s working fine on your iPhone 15, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
