Great Option - more than a one time Doc
I was traveling and fighting a bad cold that turned worse. I signed up and was connected with a Doctor who did a video visit and sent in the prescription for antibiotics to a local pharmacy. I was starting my meds within a couple of hours of starting the process. Then the real proof of professionalism presented itself: the doctor checked on me at the end of the antibiotic course to make sure I had improved. My PCP doesn’t even do that. Great service and connection. Kind of an Uber for doctors - the system gives you a vetted professional and mine did a super job helping me!

App has flaws
I don’t like the constant logging out and logging back in. It doesn’t seem like things are connected to each other like the messaging to the rest of the app. I think it’s buggy and I hate using it.
Works like an in person visit
I came to virtual apt thinking I needed one med, and after discussing symptoms, I actually needed a different med. Professional and through virtual visit. Prescription was called into my pharmacy within 10-15 mins. Cheap, easy and convenient!!

Great App and supportive team
The customer service provided by Nicole, the tele provider who I use, is wonderful. Nicole returns texts quickly, and her medical knowledge has made a significant difference, when I am not able to connect with my regular physician or when I feel I need immediate medical assistance.

Professional service
I was very hesitant to get on and use this app!! my doctor that I am using on here is very helpful N.a. timely mannered. When it comes to asking questions, I get a great response in a timely one as well. This app has been very great and I’ve had very good professional care.
Not user friendly App- outdated
The app has several glitches- prescriptions & dates don't show at all- old information- does not update new info/ dates-still showing March & none of the activity since then- its almost July now.

Best Doctors Ever!!!
I started seeing Dr Muhammad about 5 years ago n I don’t trust most doctors bc I think we’re just a paycheck n chart number to them but when they assigned me to Dr. Muhammad I was skeptical but where I’m from all doctors was pretty much closed. I thought it’s just one visit. He introduced himself to me n I asked him his background ext n he was very forthcoming and friendly n answered everyone of my questions. I found him to be very up to date on not just medicine but procedures as well. He finds ur problem,explains it,tells u how u should treat it n then lets u have final decision. He got me well n followed up to make sure the medicine was working for me. Wow is all i can really say. If ur looking for good quality healthcare where ur a person not a paycheck get this app n Dr. Muhammad NOW!!! I would loved to have let him help my lil Granny but she passed too soon.

Push Health has been an incredible help in the last year with my medical care. Nicole has gone out of her way to help with medical expertise as well as shown human sympathy and empathy during a very trying personal event within my own life that makes getting in-person care very difficult.
