This was a smooth process and received respond within less than an hour; less time than driving and waiting in a room for a doctor. Great information and all questions answered. Wish more doctors used apps like this.

Horrible

This is the worst, most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. The provider writes me a prescription and calls it in, then disconnects from being a provider so I’m unable to contact him. The pharmacy was unable to fill it and the company claims to not receive many of the emails I’m sending.
