Nowa wersja aplikacji jest okropna
Nie działają pieczątki, aplikacja wiesza się. Nie zapamiętuje poprzednich zamówień. Straciłem dużo pieczątek, a jak już jakąś dostałem na maila to kupon nie chciał się wbić. Poprzednia wersja z działającymi pieczątkami była o wiele lepszą prostsza i mniej awaryjną.

Although I set my language to English, none of the details for the restaurant were translated to English so the app was almost useless to me.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that the app is not up to your standards. While changing the app language it will not change the menu of some restaurants. We are working on translating the whole menus. I hope that next updates will be up to your standards.

Didn’t receive my food, but was charged. No customer service, if you have choice between starve and use pyszne, choose first option. Real scammers, I will pay a visit at restaurant I ordered from and take my money back. Because there is no customer service in this app. THIS APP IS MADE TO SCAM PEOPLE

One cannot track orders
You cannot track the delivery of orders with any precision using this app. It happened several times that the actual delivery was 20-40 minutes prior to the estimated time shown by the app.
Scam - no way to refund missing food
The title says it all. I’ve tried this app 3 times. One time my food actually did come, but 3 hours late. The other two times, my food never came at all. There is absolutely no way to request a refund for the missing food.

Thieves
Made an order and the food was never delivered. Waited outside for 20 minutes and no one came. The restaurant says it did not find the address (same address I used before in the app and other apps with 0 issues), and refused to refund or help in any way. Pyszne support were not helpful at all and continue to refuse to refund.

Słaba przejrzystość
Nie wiem czy macie inne ceny niż restauracja, 40 i więcej minut czas oczekiwania to jakiś żart? Nie widać listy knajp konkretnego rodzaju bo chce znaleźć coś blisko siebie nawet jeśli nie ma super ocen, ale nie widać tajskim wokol mojego domu.

All fine and great till something goes wrong and you don’t receive your order. The customer service are no help at all, so when you order you take a risk and it’s on you if you don’t receive it, don’t expect the company to be of any help.

Right now, as I type this, it still shows that the delivery is “on the way!”, but an email arrived saying the guy came 30 minutes ago and left because no one picked up the food. The email had a nice touch “we don’t offer refunds for issues like these :)”. Real professional.
If you plan to use this app if you’re desperate in Poland, make sure to use a credit card with a favorable chargeback policy in the event of any issues.

Refuses to respond!
I have sent multiple messages stating that I never received my food. No one he responded and I’ve never received a refund. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I am going to spam the help desk until someone stops being incompetent and actually respond to me. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable.

Great idea but doesn’t work with most restaurants
If you order from a decent international restaurant you might get your order on time. But if you live in a regular town, don’t bother using this service.

If you wanted to scam me out of my money, then just say that. I ordered at 12:49 pm and it said roughly a 60 minute wait. I’ve waited patiently. It is now 6:08 pm and I haven’t received anything. Now I can’t enter the app. It says “You’re Offline Please Check Your Connection And Try Again”. This is the worse service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Congratulations, you’ve achieved something great. How about I get refunded my money? That would be great.

American in Poland
This is my first time utilizing a delivery food app in Poland as an American. The app is pretty good, but there is much to improve to get on the level of food apps in the United States.
The delivery tracking system needs to be better. I cannot tell where exactly my food is in route so that I can anticipate when it arrives. I only get a time. The app should tell me when the food is starts being prepared, when it leaves the restaurant, and when it arrives. This should all be in real time, which I’m not seeing on this app when I utilize it.
There should also be a messaging service so I can contact the delivery driver via some kind of app on the delivery service as opposed to calling the restaurant to try to track down my delivery.
It understand that I am not Polish so there could be things I’m missing, but as someone who has used many food apps before, these are things I’m noticing very quickly about the app.
