Lack of transparency in app

The fact you can’t see what is currently owed from the last statement or a ‘running tally’ is the most blatant form of shifty business from a billionaire company I’ve seen. I imagine they pull it quite a bit of interest from poor users who have to manually calculate what is owed and what they have paid and unfortunately get it wrong.

There have been constant complains about this issue for a year+ and it seems this even used to be a feature which they took away. Obviously in no rush to fix this so that makes you wonder what their priorities really are…!!!

Perfect now

May had issue in the past from reading reviews but never has a single problem so far I’ve been using; easily best or one of the best credit card / bank card management app I had (I have with all major Australian banks)

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear the app is working well for you. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

Hiding Remaining Balance Owed

The original QM app showed your balance and spend on one side and it showed the full amount due with the due date on the right.
This new & “improved” version has retained the spend/balance but has for some reason started showing the minimum payment due and due date on the right.
It is a subtle change, but it’s an important change. It’s now not a quick log in check the remaining balance log out. It’s log in navigate to the balance due.

Please developers bring back the FULL Balance Due on the first page (and you can have the minimum due under that).

Useless

Don’t know why they changed. When I try and look at my statement I get logged out. In the old format I was able to see how much I had still to pay off before the due date but in the new one all it says is I am up to date. I know I have not paid off the full amount but have paid the minimum. Be careful

Another update and still haven’t fixed it so you can easily see amount due so you can avoid late fees. Disgusting

Response from developer

Hi Darol2023, we’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues viewing your statements in the app. You can find the closing balance by tapping the repayment tile (the one with 'minimum payment') on the home screen. We have also passed your feedback on showing the remaining balance to the product and development team. For further support, please contact us at 1300 992 700.

Absolute Scam

Since the new app update the product feels like a scam, there is now no means to see your remaining balance for each statement as you pay things off. You have to do your own maths and calculate this and seems like every customer has the same complaint. Just a money grab by the card issuer to not be transparent and charge interest. Considering changing credit cards altogether and complaining to the ombudsman regarding lack of transparency . Phone support or live chat have also notified me there is no means to see this information despite it being there on the old app. FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER
