Unable to log in
After entering my FF number, surname and pin followed by the correct 2FA code I am presented with the same error other reviewers have experienced: “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”
App don’t show transactions
I’ve keep experiencing the same issues since 5 months ago: doesn’t display transactions since Nov 27, only show older transactions, or the past 3 days.
Keep calling to get it resolved and every time they say is still under investigation and if I tried uninstalling and installing again. Pretty disappointed.

“Data is in incorrect format” error, please fix it
Useless tiles on dashboard
Qantas money still can’t get it that there are tiles on the dashboard that are useless and just cause confusion as there is too much to look at. An example is my old credit card, I closed this 7yrs ago, why is it still showing on my dashboard? Why can’t I hide this tile? And you also have the Qantas home loan tile on the dashboard, which I don’t need. Please Qantas Pay app developers, sort this out and make the app more user friendly with less ‘clutter’ to look at on the home dashboard.

The app is just bad
By far the least useful credit card app I have. I don’t care about your home loan and Qantas pay - but still see them all the time on the main screen. Almost no trx details (but nearly useless insights), no BPay address book (so entering all bill details again and again), and so on.
No search feature ?
I keep looking but I came to the conclusion that there is NO search feature in this app ! How can we stay on top of our bills if we can't check when was the last one was paid ?! Please update the app and add a search feature. TIA
Terrible app experience
The app is clunky and not well designed. I can’t log in anymore because I get an error message saying text is not correct format and the app just freezes. I guess this is what happens when profits are prioritized over the customer.
Bugs
A lot of bugs and outages, including payments not showing up. I’m surprised they haven’t been fined yet.
Broken
Cannot log in. “Something went wrong” error.
Lacks simple features like search
Searching for a transaction is such a simple thing that anyone would expect in a banking app like this. Its disappointing that you haven’t implemented such a basic feature in the app
Terrible
Woeful customer service. Extremely difficult to close my account after battling for weeks to have my card delivered, which never arrived.

Lost Access to my money and Call Centre couldn’t help
Avoid the app, avoid Qantas Money, just before I was to fly out, app would not recognize my account or funds and call centre was unable to restore it. Told to use whatever was on card and get a new one. Goodbye Qantas Money…,you suck!
So annoying
Be asked to put 3 security questions everytime when looking a statement. Its so annoying dont understand why we need to do that.
Poor performance
Never shows up to date transactions nor does keep up to date the correct balance. Very poor system nothing but issues.
App is terrible
The app does not list all transactions and so cannot see transaction history or if any fraudulent activity has occurred. I’ve raised a number of times with QF but still not resolved. Can only check transactions once statement is received each month.
