Convenient App but doesn’t work with 2FA
The IOS and IPadOS 2FA is broken. If you select the auto-populated 2FA #, only the first number is accepted. Apple then automatically deletes the SMS which prevents use of the auto-populated 2FA.

New setup
I recently downloaded app. I immediately had issues with the two factor authentication. Also noted there’s no biometrics for the iPhone version of the app.

This is the worst app of any kind I have ever encountered. It is impossible even to sign on to it.

Great when it worked, but it doesn't now
This was a very useful app when we were buying our home, but it has now been showing

Cannot log into app
Qualia as a title software is fantastic. This app, on the other hand, is complete garbage. My username and password is correct according to my laptop, but not according to this app. Big disappointment. 😔

Love the platform - but login isn’t great
I can’t login with the same credentials I use at work. It also won’t allow me to reset my password from the app. I like the desktop version much better. Can you add a facial recognition feature?!

Unfortunately u have to join the brigade of 1 star reviews because I can’t even login with my qualia credentials, so this app is useless. I use these credentials everyday on my PC, so not sure why I cannot use them here. I saw that this was a problem with the app years ago. Why is it still a problem now in 2022???

Won’t Allow Login
I have downloaded twice. Both times it has told me my credentials are invalid so I am never able to log in. I use Qualia on my desktop every day for work, and was looking for a way to use on my phone…but I guess not

Impossible to use
Can’t set up an account. Demands an organization name even from a buyer or seller so finally I make one up, but the status wheel grinds away and nothing happens.
It won’t let me login
I have my username and password that I use every time I login to Qualia on my PC or laptop. When try to login with the app, it says username or password is invalid. But it’s the same I use on my PC or laptop. Very frustrating
No Sign Up Feature
Just downloaded the app. Tried sign up but there no button to click on, just the Login button.
