This is so unstable! Why do companies think its ok to release a product that has so many bugs!

Great app experience

This is a really great app for projects and focus groups. It is really user-friendly and you are able to go at your own pace to finish up your projects on your own time. What I really like is that when I’m doing a video the text is right there on the screen as I’m doing the video, so I can remember what I need to talk about and say. You get a great amount of time to finish your projects and everything is detailed so it’s easy for you to follow what you have to do.. I even enjoyed getting the notifications. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Great Experience!

Over The Shoulder is the best focus group app I’ve used, by far. Reviewer complaints about ease of navigation, reviewing previous answers, and re-recording videos have been corrected, and the app couldn’t be easier to use. Notifications and periodic reminders are sent with each new assignment, which helps the user complete all tasks on time. The OTS support team is fantastic and very responsive.
