Frustrating and lacks business support
Quidax accepted my crypto, concluded my KYC but frustrated me at the point of withdrawal. Intentionally delaying withdrawal under the pretense that they are checking at compliance level. Was patient to withdraw my crypto and move on from them.

First there’s instant sell fee, I don’t have a problem with that, you want to transfer to your account (qdirect) another outrageous fee it’s insane seriously, that’s the reason I stopped using the app Cos of the outrageous fees.

Because your transfers to bank rate is to high your customers are leaving your app without telling you that why they are leaving your website you need to make your Transfers to bank rate to be the same with the pocket withdraw
My money not deposited to my naira wallet
I bought naira for the past 3 weeks and it’s not deposited in my wallet after too many complain. Please refund me my money or I’ll make sure I ruin your business with publicity because I’m not the only one going through this same issue right now.
