iPad use still not fixed

I like the app and use it regularly, mainly on my phone. It started to be useless on my iPad a while back and I didn’t write a review as other people had reported it. I am massively unimpressed that at least two months later it is still unusable in landscape on an iPad. This suggests either a complete disregard for customer feedback or incompetence. Not sure which.

This is not rocket-science - just get it fixed!!

4.10.7 has messed up for iPad

I am a big fan of quilter investments and indeed the app.
However the app has become terrible to use after 4.10.7 on an iPad. The app opens full width and won’t resize to the normal view. It becomes difficult to use because of this. No amount of turning the iPad or resizing the app sees to work.
The app itself is still displaying the information and is still in that sense a great app.
It just seems that the app doesn’t play well with the iPads ‘windows’
Please sort it as it’s ruining a great app

We are aware that some users are experiencing this specifically on their iPads and are looking to resolve this where possible. The app is developed for use on phones, but we are aware that users have historically used iPads and have been able to do so without issue. Awful update

Since the recent update, the App behaves badly on load-up & log-off on my iPad Pro. It opens in landscape & stretches right across the screen but it’s like a letterbox and makes reading the information frustratingly bad. There is a toggle to turn the view 90 degrees back to a narrow ‘page to a view’, but I have to turn my iPad on its edge to force the toggle to work. When I log-off, the view goes from the page to a view, to the awful letter box view, bounces around the screen & then shows a distorted lettering view of the information in the ‘page to a view’ again. It just looks awful and amateurish. Sorry.

Frozen App

Cannot log in

The app has always been very good, but now for some reason the log in page freezes and won’t let me log in. Hopefully just a blip which will be sorted soon!

Clear, but more adaptability please

It’s very clear to use and I like how the different layers allow me to drill down into my portfolio.

However, please could you add the following to bring it onto the same level as the platform from which I have just transferred:

Portfolio and component investments daily +/- in £ and %, (in addition to since inception)

Live indices - global and local market equity indices and, if possible, bond / fixed income indices.

Lively activity

Like many at this time I worry about the drop in my investments but hope in time it goes back up once the world settles.
I would sincerely hope Quilter is truly on tge case but can see this app works very well.
