Comprehensive detail and easy to use

It’s great app for keeping an eye on investments in an easy to understand but detailed format. All information in one place with prompt update notifications Especially good for those who don’t have much experience in the investment world or are new to it. Highly recommended

iPad use still not fixed

I like the app and use it regularly, mainly on my phone. It started to be useless on my iPad a while back and I didn’t write a review as other people had reported it. I am massively unimpressed that at least two months later it is still unusable in landscape on an iPad. This suggests either a complete disregard for customer feedback or incompetence. Not sure which.

This is not rocket-science - just get it fixed!!

Helping me retire

I joined Quilter nearly ten years ago and up until then I didn’t see a retirement possible but quilter turned my various pensions into one manageable pot which gave me greater visibility and returns which now add up to a retirement for me one day soon!

Ease of use

Having used other platforms to manage my Pensions and SIPP’s previously the move to Quilter opened access to more detailed and up to date information in a user friendly app that was a game changer for me.

App has been very good, but not now

Like others I can no longer use the App. It opens in a squashed landscape version with only half of the image on screen. Your fix has not resolved the issue for everyone, please have another go at it ASAP.

No longer works on iPad Pro

Layout is all messed up. Tries to stretch into landscape but doesn’t work. Figures missing. Used to work fine as an iPhone app on the iPad but not anymore. Other reviews have said the same. Clearly not been tested. Asked before but it needs a dedicated iPad app.

4.10.7 has messed up for iPad

I am a big fan of quilter investments and indeed the app.
However the app has become terrible to use after 4.10.7 on an iPad. The app opens full width and won’t resize to the normal view. It becomes difficult to use because of this. No amount of turning the iPad or resizing the app sees to work.
The app itself is still displaying the information and is still in that sense a great app.
It just seems that the app doesn’t play well with the iPads ‘windows’
Please sort it as it’s ruining a great app

The app is developed for use on phones, but we are aware that users have historically used iPads and have been able to do so without issue.
