The app is useless to me since I live in Canada and the only drop down option for shipping is US.

We do offer Canada shipping in our app! To update your region, go to Account → Quince → Under "Customer Service" → one of our Regions will appear, and you can click on Canada as an option. The “new” shopping experience I absolutely love! Quality clothing at an excellent price.
Each style may mean a variation in your size. Returns are easy! I am beginning to get a feel for what I like in which style. I also like my clothes to be really loose.
Customer service
In placing an order for a down comforter to use for my filler with the European sham set I ordered the incorrect size by mistake. The customer service at Quince is flawless! There is none better. There are no issues, nothing is a problem for them. So easy… they shipped me the correct size no problem. I have purchased luggage, bed linens, clothes…. They are truly the best there is, attached to great quality goods!

Glitchy sign in.
Enable to sign in with the app, won’t allow you to open password entry. Print looks glitchy and overlaps. No way for me to enter my password and therefore use the app.

Unable to add anything to Cart
There was nothing wrong with the app back in May. Then mid-June the same issue started occuring like it did last year. All items in the "New Arrivals" or new items from June come up with "unable to add to cart" when trying to add the items to my cart. Can't even add anything from my wishlist, but at least I can finally see it and edit it. And the only items I can place in my cart are items already in my "Saved for Later" only. Basically, with the new update, I can't add anything to my cart unless it is already there in my "Saved for Later" only. I let customer service know but my email just keeps getting passed around. So frustrating as I am missing out on some items I would like to purchase from the "New Arrivals" and items from my Wishlist. Due to this ongoing issue I even missed out on items that were in stock back in June from the new arrivals, but because of this issue they are now "Out of Stock" and I have to wait until this problem is fixed and the items back in stock. I keep doing all the tech things to do to get the app to work like updating, delete and reload, refreshing my phone, etc. but nothing. Same with doing it on another device, but ordering on another device makes no sense since there are items that are app exclusive. So ordering through the app makes more sense. Can't believe past few updates are acting glitchy again with the same issue from last year. This absolutely affects being able to order from the quince app. And everything was running so smoothly. I can't finish placing my order because of this mess. So frustrating!!

I have ordered four items from Quince. Friends and family as well as a podcast that I listen to regularly highly recommend recommends Quince. I have three washable silk items now that are perfect for work or play and seriously you can wash all of this stuff. Their linen shorts are amazing as well. I think I have found myself a new habit.

I purchased this dress to wear alone with various accessories. It can be worn for dinners out, or more casually with a denim jacket or sweater wrap.
I normally wear a 6-8. I am curvy and at 5’4”, the size small fit ankle length and skimmed my body without bunching anywhere. The dark wine color is perfect with my skin tone.

Quality and price
I have been purchasing items off Quince from home products, to shoes and clothing. I find their products are well made and of sound quality. While it may seem a little pricey on the front end, the items are holding up well to the constant use. Quince has been extremely timely and quick to ship as well. So happy I decided to try them out.
