Can't download the content for Scotland
As title, I am Chinese user. I can download the content for England but it'll stuck when downloading the content for Scotland.

I just downloaded the app yesterday, but Scotland stories could not use, I try many times it progress around 191-197 and stop so I can’t use it. It really sad. I am traditional Chinese user IOS 12.0.1 IPhone 6s
