Why will the price change from £6 to £8…not fair
Unusable!
Got logged out for no reason and when I try to log back in with my phone number it just says something went wrong, so it doesn’t work
Spammy and buggy
Sends a constant stream of unwanted advertising notifications which I didn’t opt in to and which I cannot stop without also stopping important ride update notifications.
Also quite buggy. If you try to pay with Apple Pay but there turn out to be no taxis available, there’s no way to back out and try again. You have to force quit the app and restart it.
Be warned that pre-booking doesn’t actually guarantee that your taxi will turn up on time. If your booking is at a busy time, expect to be picked up very late.
If you don’t run into bugs and if you can put up with the spam and if you aren’t in a hurry, the service itself mostly works.
