Would not allow card guarantee of booking price either through app or card reader …had to go to the website. Presumably this was to allow the price to go up, which it did

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel. Though I don’t like the experience of check in both the times and I feel the behaviour of the front desk has an immense scope of improvements. I felt great at stay. Specially the room making and cleaning service is amazing. Want to mention that Harish is very helpful and dedicated to his job.

I just signed up for Radisson Rewards and the app cannot find any hotels in the Inited States? Like the entire country isn’t an option to search. I can’t ask a question via chat because I have to choose a hotel that it thinks doesn’t exist. As a first time experience you’re falling far below the benchmark your competitors have set
