Apple Watch connection
I love it. Just hate how recently it doesn’t pair well with my Apple Watch so my fitness rings don’t track my workout. When I did indeed workout. Also hate how if you are on video mode when you exit it stops the timer.

So far I love how so much resource is in here , I am an accountability person so it is hard little bit to not be checked if it makes sense but so far I love it! I just need to find my own rhythm to account for myself and discipline myself to an extend where this apps just flows with the routine I create

100% yes-get it it’s so worth it
Hey all! I’m a 42 year old mom of 2. I work full time and had a hard time balancing the idea of fitness with actual fitness. I’ve been following Raize and Noelle and Victoria for about a year+ so this year I decided it was my turn. The app works well and it’s getting better. The scanner sometimes doesn’t work but they’ve made a lot of improvements-just submitt any issues when they come up and they work on it right away. The app is great for accountability and 30 minutes is enough to feel the burn (they also have 10 minute sessions too/on demand work outs) If you’re ready to make a change this is by far a great investment.

Can’t get past the height
I’m trying to set up a profile but the number screen will not collapse after inputting my height and there is no way to reach the submit button which is totally covered. I can’t get past this screen
Meal logs aren’t that great
You’re not able to adjust the calories if the meals are inaccurate, which often is. When I click on the saved meals button for previous meals it doesn’t do anything and stays on the same screen.
Workouts are great, but not the meal logging function.
Workouts are great, but not the meal logging function.
Good but could be better
Workouts are 10/10. Just the right level of intensity. I wish there was an option to change increase/decrease amount of workout days. Or a way to move workouts easily from one day to another for those times of the year that you’re on vacation or just unable to workout on the scheduled days. The AI nutrition tracker is good but there should be an option to save meals instead of having to redo pics/descriptions every time you log. Overall happy with the app and workouts!

Mom friendly / ILOVE
I have had this app since the beginning. I love all the different options of workouts and different meal plans. I especially love the addition of friendly healthy kids foods!!! I think it has been one of my favorite updates, as a mama it's always hard finding good food when you're on the go, I LOVE!!

Great app!
This is a very unique app! It’s very engaging. The new AI feature for tracking your food is inaccurate. I scanned a protein shake, and the amount of protein that it calculated was insane. I tried to edit it, but I couldn’t.
Disappointed
the workouts are okay but i wish there was a way to substitute a move within the workout if it's needed. the food tracking irritates me the most. it hardly notices my barcodes and everything measurement is in oz. I need g or even 1 slice as as option (for my turkey bacon). Unfortunately i regret purchasing the entire year package i should've tested it out for a month.

Okay for beginners
I really wanted to love this app, as I’ve followed one of the trainers for a really long time on Instagram. Unfortunately, there are aspects of the app that make it hard to be adaptable. For example, if the barcode doesn’t recognize a food item, you can’t enter it manually and need to rely on AI to find the item, which is not always correct with the nutrition facts. Also, if you workout separately and don’t use technology like an Apple Watch, there’s no way to log activity and therefore don’t get credit. Lastly, when you choose a workout, there doesn’t seem to be a way to simply check off the exercises as complete without watching the entire video. As someone who knows most all of the exercises and works out in a gym, it’s tedious to have to complete the workout, then start the videos and click through everything just to get credit. If you’re new to working out and food tracking this would be a good place to start. However, if you’re looking for a better version of other apps, this wasn’t worth the cost.

This app has it ALL
So far, I'm absolutely LOVING everything about this app. I've used an apple fitness subscription for a couple years and it just doesn't compare at any level. Raize is amazing any I'm so happy I finally decided to purchase it. 💪🙌🙌
Food tracker not worth it
The bar scanner takes a full 30 seconds or more to analyze anything so it takes way too long to track an entire meal. That is if it even recognizes the barcode. I find it hard to believe that Costco eggs and egg white are not in the database. Even trying to type in a meal is very time consuming and not user friendly. I’ll just go back to myfitnesspal.

Not that great
Some of the programs are so long with too many exercises . I need a home program that quick easy gets the job done. I got this app because I used to buy Noelle homework out and always saw results thought it was going be better but it’s not. Sometimes the challenges don’t upload or they upload the day of the challenge, I like to see ahead of time what I’m going to do. Some of the on demand videos don’t even load. Not too happy with this app.

From forward to RAIZE
I started with the forward app an then jumped to raize when it launched. It’s so easy to navigate! The workout plans never leave you guessing what’s next in the gym. The app transitions you from day-to-day on its own and there are lots of programs to choose from with more always being added. I love how they progressively challenge you. I’m excited for the new update which I’m downloading. It really does take consistency when using this app to see the changes, but it’ll happen.

Great Workout and App
I have had the Raize app for a few months and I do really like it and then workouts. I love that it connects to my watch so it automatically records my workouts and I can track my rest times and weights without picking up my phone. My one major Hang up with the app, which is probably a positive for some people but for me just doesn’t work is that you have to plan your workout days, and if you don’t finish a workout it counts as missed. I would love there to be a way where you can just go to the next workout in the program the next time you workout. I work full time and have two young kids in a bunch of activities so I can’t always fit them in, and then having to backtrack and figure out where I left off is annoying. I also don’t workout 5 days a week, it is not sustainable for me, but I will still typically (in other apps) compete a whole program it just takes me longer. I hope this is something can be made an option in the future. I have a year subscription but most likely will not renew if that feature doesn’t become available. Again this is the only downside I have found to the app, it has a lot of great features, it’s just a big one for me.

App issues
I have several occasions where I was not able to use the app because it said my account was inactive. The first time it didn’t bother me I let it go because it was just a monthly payment but the second occasion I had paid for the whole year. I asked for assistance or to just give me a refund but the Raize representative stated they couldn’t give a refund. They were not able to fix the problem. Is not ethical for someone to hide behind a technical issue to not give a refund since they are not able to fix the issue.

Raize is on a rise
There is something magical about being able to get so much from ONE app. This app gives you something new and refreshing. Providing motivation & a workout plan that is timed and meant so you can execute the workout without having to have a mental load that comes along with other plans. Love it 10/10. Recommend for beginners or even experienced athletes.

It’s not forward :(
I really want to like this app but it’s not the same as Forward. I hate that you can’t modify your exercises in your workouts to fit your needs. I also don’t like that Noelle doesn’t have many at home workouts. She’s the reason I purchased the app in the first place. I really hate the dream/ meditation scapes. Not everyone meditates so I really feel like it’s a waste of space. I would have preferred a community tab like in forward. It was great being able to see other women and connect with them while doing a challenge. Overall, I miss forward. It’s not the same. But I will try and stick it out a little longer to see if I can adjust to this app.
