Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Raj Kalpna Travels. I recently traveled with your bus and stayed overnight at the dhaba arranged by you. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor.
The food quality was subpar, and the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. When I complained to the dhaba owner, he was dismissive and ignored my concerns. He even went so far as to say that I was a first-time visitor and implied that I wouldn't be returning. This attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I hope you address these issues and improve your services. I expect a higher standard from a travel company, and I'm disappointed that Raj Kalpna Travels fell short of my expectations.

Cheating
Never travel in this bus , they cheat with people . I was having 2 tickets male and female and by mistake both have been done male . So i received a call and they say u can travel ya to male male hoga ya female female
I said but we r from family and even female also talked to them ki when i m okay then who are you and all . They didnt allowed and asked us to book another ticket but if fault was from there side so they should cancel it and refund us or arrange another seat but neither they gave seat nor refund and then we booked other seat so in bus they gave that seat to some one else
They r cheater
And not safe for girls
They dont keep bags in luggage area . They asl everyone to keep bags on their seats .

And even the akshardham office people are cheater they cheated us and asked to book seat but no action taken
Please be aware pf then please and best part funny that seat is going empty and customer care person is saying hum cancel kar dete hai refund nhi milega and dusra banda ayega wo bethega . Beside of exchnage they asked to do another seat and asking to cancel before one and refund bhi nhi denge and customer support is saying seat kharidi nhi hai to apni seat per raho aur jao
