I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Raj Kalpna Travels. I recently traveled with your bus and stayed overnight at the dhaba arranged by you. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor.
The food quality was subpar, and the behavior of the staff was unacceptable. When I complained to the dhaba owner, he was dismissive and ignored my concerns. He even went so far as to say that I was a first-time visitor and implied that I wouldn't be returning. This attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
I hope you address these issues and improve your services. I expect a higher standard from a travel company, and I'm disappointed that Raj Kalpna Travels fell short of my expectations.

Cheating
Never travel in this bus , they cheat with people . I was having 2 tickets male and female and by mistake both have been done male . So i received a call and they say u can travel ya to male male hoga ya female female
I said but we r from family and even female also talked to them ki when i m okay then who are you and all . They didnt allowed and asked us to book another ticket but if fault was from there side so they should cancel it and refund us or arrange another seat but neither they gave seat nor refund and then we booked other seat so in bus they gave that seat to some one else
They r cheater
And not safe for girls
They dont keep bags in luggage area . They asl everyone to keep bags on their seats .

Please be aware pf then please and best part funny that seat is going empty and customer care person is saying hum cancel kar dete hai refund nhi milega and dusra banda ayega wo bethega . Beside of exchnage they asked to do another seat and asking to cancel before one and refund bhi nhi denge and customer support is saying seat kharidi nhi hai to apni seat per raho aur jao

I booked a bus on Paytm for 11:30 PM, August 9, 2025. However, the bus operator called me and informed that the bus timing had been changed to 10:00 PM due to issues with the original bus. They asked me to arrive at 9:45 PM.
I reached the bus stop at 9:30 PM and asked the conductor to store my luggage. He rudely told me to come later. When I returned at 9:50 PM, he asked me to wait for 2 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked him again, but he refused to store my luggage, saying he was busy.
Even after the scheduled departure time, he was unwilling to help. When I asked him again after 10 minutes, he started questioning me about my whereabouts and even asked about my education. The conductor's behavior was unprofessional and rude.

Very Bad Experience with Raj Kalpana Bus Services-Not Recommended at All
I recently had a horrible experience with Raj Kalpana Bus Services. The seat allotment was completely messed up despite booking in advance. I was not given the seat I paid for, and the staff on the bus were extremely rude and uncooperative when I tried to explain the issue.
To make matters worse, the fare was unreasonably high, and they charged heavy commission fees without any justification. For the amount I paid, I expected at least decent service and proper communication – but got the opposite.
The bus staff behaved arrogantly, showed no concern for passenger comfort, and refused to help with any inconvenience. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had, and I will never travel with Raj Kalpana again.
I do not recommend these services to anyone. Save your money and choose a more reliable, respectful operator.

Worst experience with Raj Kalpana
I suggest everyone never make big mistake by booking bus from Raj kalpana. Things i faced last night are non-rememberable,, and bad times they stop picking phones and u feel totally helpless. If their bus gots wrong between the journey they have no other alternates available.
Abusive staff, they left you in Mig night in the middle of road.
I have booked a ticket from red bus. The bus got broke down in 1:30AM in expressway. No one is there nearby. The bus was from Rajkalpana travels and staff was very rude and somehow illiterate. He said that go complain to Redbus. I have tried calling to customer care many times, no one has picked and on AI messages they are saying that we are looking into it. The matter has not been closed. We have to stand in the middle of road till 3AM. Still red bus did not pick up any call. Later they automatically ended my issue saying with ‘matter has been resolved’. Red bus did not inform me. This shows that how they are towards their customers. Please never believe Rajkalpana travels and red bus. I have literally fought with staff to transfer me in another bus. The staff of Raj kalpana travels abused me. They threatened me. I can never forget this. This is nightmare for me.

Bus is quite good
Our journey from Agra to Lucknow with Raj Kalpana bus is quite good👍🏻 They make sure that travellers board on time with there reminders. We reached our destination on time besides new year cold. Only drawback I felt that there seats were little dirty otherwise everything was great 👍🏻

Sleeper is uncomfortable and don’t provide amenities and some people boarded the bus drunk and staff didn’t take any action

Worst travelling experience no amenities (only on posters) and worst part was the bus itself which broke midway keeping us stranded for 6 hours and no support or bus from this so called company. Would advise never travel with these guys again

I have registered and booked a ticket for the first time from this app. According to New registration offer from this app (this offer is being shown in “OFFER” option in this app), Bonus amount of 1000 rupees is supposed to credit in wallet but this is not happening in my app as wallet option is not available. Kindly solve this issue!!!
