worst app, so many bugs

This app is one of the worst designs I’ve ever seen, and sadly most government apps are like this. When updating my profile, the mobile number option cannot be selected at all. While searching for my local Toll Plaza, the name doesn’t even appear.

The user interface is extremely poor — I would rate it less than one star if possible, even negative. And I’m certain that after reading this review, the app owner or developer won’t care, because they’re government employees who ignore user feedback.

Annual pass porting & other features

I wanted to port the annual pass of my fastag to new replaced fastag. I just updated the app and there appears an option of annual pass porting, I just clicked it and annual pass was transferred to my new replaced fastag in a second, didn’t expect it at all, process was really smooth. Also I checked that there are so many features and information like highway amenities, emergency contacts, route planner, etc. in the app which would help us all a lot while travelling on the highways. I saw there are so many negative reviews which we see in mostly all government and public sector launched apps and I hope this app solves all the problems people have in the next update and at the earliest.

Need to improve map

Map is there but map not start like google map , if map is there then follow that map for better use Rajmargyatra.
As of now again and again have to check google map and Rajmargyatra map

Useful however needs improvement

This app shows my annual pass & tolls that are valid. However, there’s no easy way to create a complaint or dispute a toll. You have to search in multiple places, call 1033 & finally register complaint using your bank statement about the toll detail. So, this app is only for seeing status. If you find anything wrong, it doesn’t help. Even their complaint system seems unreliable - they need to learn service management which I can teach ; their message your complaint may be resolved in 45 days ! Who takes so much time to respond ? By that time, people may have forgotten about the wrong toll they deducted. How many requests can you track after 45 days each if there were multiple wrong tolls ?

Frustrating Experience with Poor Functionality

This app is extremely frustrating to use. Login issues are constant, and even after logging in, most features fail to work properly. It feels unreliable and unfinished. Users expect basic functionality, but this app doesn’t deliver. Needs serious improvement before it can be considered usable or worth recommending to others.
