This app is fine except needing to log in all the time
This app is fine except when I’m in the middle of coaching sessions and then I stop seeing the coach session because the app prompts me to log in again. This is annoying and I lose time in the process. This is a ridiculous requirement when you’re in midsession.
Absolutely terrible
If I could give zero or half a star I would. I have fought with this thing over an hour to try and set up my account and it is not responding. For an app that’s supposed help quit smoking it’s making me want to start all over again.
App doesn’t load
I really wanted this work. App won’t load when you open it. It tries to and you can see the squares flashing grey, but nothing happens. It’s loaded maybe five times the entire time I’ve had it and I’ve just been using Safari to access the content instead. Unfortunate since the few times it has loaded it was really nice and easy to use.

Doesn’t work
Every time I try to log into my sessions when it’s time, it doesn’t allow me to login. I’m not understanding what’s the problem, but it never wants to allow me to login so I will get this at five stars if it actually worked most of the time.

A laundry list of weekly recurring group sessions but an inability to manage the schedule load…
You have to select one time for recurring sessions. If you choose 9am on Friday it’s EVERY Friday at 9am. I contacted support but was told I can’t change my recurring schedule until Monday “when a new schedule opens up” but I had multiple options when registering two minutes ago! It was open but now I have to wait? The only other option is to constantly reschedule each individual session.

Not working
I cant even open the app
Need iPad Support
The app is great on my phone but when I use it on my iPad it basically mimics my phone and is small and has limited functions. It would be nice if the iPad version was closer to the website since there is a larger screen.
Love the app
Love the app but all of a sudden the food tracker stopped working. Please fix asap. I don’t like FitBit’s food tracker.
Keeps Freezing Up
I have had to delete and redownload the app a few times over the past three months because when I open the app, it is frozen on the home page with a white background. The buttons are visible but it won’t load the images and when I hit the other buttons, nothing happens.
App is bad
The app never works when I try and I have go find the computer in order for me to reschedule my lessons. Please fix the app. I am currently using an iPhone 14.
Recent update makes it impossible to login
The two factor authentication makes it impossible to login. I have to swap to my text message or phone app to get the code to login and when I go back to rally to enter it, it has put me back on the main login screen - defeating the purpose. How is a person supposed to login. I missed my monthly session because of this. I can’t do a weekly weigh in. I can’t access anything on the app at all. The app is now completely non-functional.

Frozen app
Most of the time when I open the app it doesn’t work. It freezes on the home page and is mot responsive to any request. I have to close the app and reopen multiple times before it will open and I am able to browser see my info. Sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it working.
Constant redownloading of the app
Every 2-3 days, the app does not open up and I would have to re download the app in order for it to work again. It’s very annoying, frustrating and inconvenient to keep doing this.
App update broke it
Can’t open the app after the newest update. I hope they fix it
Does not work consistently with AirPods
Keeps ignoring my AirPods and playing out of the speaker. There seems to be no way to fix this. The headphones are still showing as connected and they work with all other apps.
Program is great but the app sucks
I am getting extremely frustrated by this app. I can’t join my sessions. It loads until 5 seconds and then it kicks me out. I have tried everything. I cannot even access the articles. What a joke.
Uninstall every time I use it
Every single time I try and use the app I have to uninstall and reinstall. Why???
Hate the update!!
Ever since the May 2025 update the app is glitchy! None of the tabs are functional and the notifications are always late! Please fix this!!
App constantly freezing
While I really love the concept, the app sucks. When I can get the app to work, the coaching sessions are great! The resources and materials have been super helpful, and I really enjoy the groups and the opportunity for 1:1 coaching. However, the app never works properly. It gets stuck trying to load the dashboard and never gets past the blank screen. After missing some sessions due I the app not working, I discovered that I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to sign in. That’s the e only way it works for me, unfortunately. The program itself is 5 Star worthy. But the app is a pain.
