Worst service ever. This bus is late every time, and there is always some excuse about bus maintenance. This is extremely inconvenient and needs to be addressed seriously.
Fraud bus service -Scam
Please do not book any bus services from Ram Dalal Travels. They are fraud. After booking someone kunnal will call you for cancellation and then when you follow up for refund then someone sidhaarth will call you to check with redbus.

Unprofessional drivers and their rude behaviour. Fraud travel company
Unprofessional drivers and no manners to speak with passengers , stops bus to third class restaurants which have high prices because that’s how they get high commission.

Their driver try to make you skip the bus so that they can onboard other passengers on same seat and earn extra money. Driver behaviour is worst. And after you register a complaint the staff just plays blame games. Book only if you want to experience inconvenience

1. After my pick up after 30 mins of drive they stopped to a random place were they waited for aprrox 50 mins and they were doing there personal courier services. Aprox 100 box of apples were loading.
2. again after 40 mins they stopped at a place were they waited for 20 mins again this time there were some boxes .
3 my seat number was 3,4 in the starting row it self. The whole time i kept saying the boy who was there with the driver to see from were the wind is coming he did not helped even ones. The whole 12 hrs i was feeling cold.
4 i have recorded the video WHO BAD THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING THE BUS. LITERALLY VERY BAD. NON OF US CAN SLEEP THE WHOLE JOUNGEY. WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY ARE YOU DRIVING SO FAST SO HE TOLD HERE IS A PASSENGER WHO HAS HIS TRAIN AT 2am. So i have to drop him.
5 Because of your own mistake because he was already late due to keeping his courier and everything he was driving very fast.
6 the last and most important part the second boy who was there with the driver he slept around 1am and woke up at 4am. As far as i know the boy who be awake all the time to support the driving and help him out while driving. I was so shocked after seeing this how we all almost around 70 to 90 passanger can rely on one person.
This is the worst experience ever. I want no one should take this ram dalal bus ever.
And i have videos for each and everything.
If i will not get the proper response in next 3 days i will be posting this all over social media for sure.
