No Show, No Support, No Resolution
I booked a house cleaning service a week in advance. One day before the scheduled appointment, the assigned professional called and informed me that she couldn’t come due to personal reasons. I requested that she cancel the booking from her side so another professional could be assigned, but she neither cancelled nor showed up on the scheduled day.
When I tried to cancel and book a new slot, the same professional kept getting assigned. She also stopped responding to messages in the chat. I raised a complaint with customer support, but I haven’t received any response.
This resulted in a complete waste of time and left me without the service I had planned for. I hope the app improves its support response times and assignment system to prevent similar situations for other customers.
