Rip off and privacy invasion
After asking for a refund within the time frame they specify, they kept asking for more and more information to “process the refund”.
They literally asked for screenshots of bank statements. Which is an invasion of privacy and very likely is illegal.
Scam company, bad product, poor business practices, and a clear lack of understanding the legal ramifications of their nonsense “refund verification process”.
I am heavily considering checking into whether or not these are grounds for a lawsuit.

Any information requested during the verification process is used only to help locate the account, confirm the purchase details, and ensure we are assisting the correct customer. We take privacy seriously and do not request information beyond what is needed to review a case.
