They allow you to deposit but will not allow withdrawal. I have been sending them messages and they don’t respond or try to help. It’s been weeks upon weeks. The only thing the customer service ask you to do is to rate them 5 star, for saying and doing nothing. My money is stuck in there and there’s no hope of retrieving it

I tried withdrawing my money but I couldn’t, I also tried reaching their call line nd it wasn’t reachable, I texted an agent but no response at all, I texted the email but no response, I just felt like I’ve been scammed somehow Cos this was never happening until of recent nd I’m so disappointed

Worst bank anyone could use. I was banned because I messaged them about a bad network connection, and I can’t transfer funds. They said I don’t have any money in my account, even though I had money in my 'spend and save' account. I would advise anyone thinking of getting this application to avoid this difficult bank because it will be the worst bank you can get. Imagine having money but being unable to withdraw it for days due to a poor network.

Your services have been very very poor and unprofessional, for over 4 days I have been trying to make transfer with my raven account and it keeps showing transfer failed try again later , I wrote to customer support but got no response is that, wrote to your email got no reasonable response, now I’m regretting banking with you in the first place because this has left me stranded I can’t even do anything
