Too many charges!!!
This service is horrible! I see that I owe $26. I received an email reminding me that I have to pay it meanwhile I have AUTOPAY! Then I see they deducted $52 from my bank account. There is never anybody available to talk to. Only the stupid not that can never answer my questions. I tried to cancel the deliveries but still They keep on charging and charging me more. I will have to call my bank and Stop the payments. Don’t use this super expensive delivery service! Zephyrhills was much better than this Primo brand.

Great service, great product.Can’t update cell on app
I finally gave up. This app won’t allow me to update my cell due to the GUI blocking the field. iPhone 13 eSIM.

Primo Ready Refresh’s Down Fall
Ever since Primo took over for Ready Refresh the prices have skyrocketed and the service has dropped. My orders are always incorrect. There is no choice to switch being Primo now has a monopoly in the area and owns all the home delivery options.
App doesn’t allow me to canceling delivery
I’m when I select, manage delivery button, and then moved to the cancel Screen, the page locks up and will not allow me to cancel easily.
They low key stole my money
My family moved and when I went to skip my delivery I also updated my address in the app. I don’t know what happened but they had a delivery scheduled and changed my card over 50 bucks for water that was never delivered to my apartment. Checked the delivery for the right address and it was but next day it went back to stating the delivery was skipped. So yall stole my money and when I emailed about you guys basically said a whole lot of nothing. So if you can give me my money back that would be great.

Poor user experience
Wrong address carried over from the past causing payment to be declined. User interface where payment details are entered requires the keyboard to be minimized after every line entry so that I can validate the entry.

Expensive
The delivery fee was not communicated to me when I signed up for this - or I would have never signed up. I’ve tried to cancel, and it’s not made easy. This service is ridiculous! Sam’s should be ashamed.
Dory used equipment
My equipment arrived with dirty sticky liquid stains on top and stains on the front. If I don’t get a new dispenser, they can cancel me and refund my money. This is crazy!!!
Horrible customer service
Unable to get through to a live agent by phone. When I use chat option, I keep getting disconnected. Pricing quoted not honored. Overcharged month after month. Promised credit back but they do not follow through. Worst service ever! I do not recommend this company.

New app is terrible.
I have to call to make a payment because I am unable to through the app. I select the feature to change current order and it won’t let me add or subtract the quantity. And sometimes it will let me. If I have to go through this one more time, I’m dumping you guys.
Of note, the delivery drivers are awesome. With the exception of sometimes dropping the bottles down too hard (I think) and causing leaky bottles that I need to call about to have replaced. Which is a pain.

Price increase
Bottle price is way too high. Going to pick up locally for $9 per bottle same Poland Spring water…and no delivery fee!!
