Impossible to navigate
The IPhone interface is terrible. Whole pages don’t display, navigation is clumsy and ghost pages appear on open pages. Needs a lot of work to be fully functional.

This company is terrible
I’ve asked multiple times to cancel all future deliveries until I contact them and they insist on delivering every month and then make me have to cancel every month. What’s wrong with these people?

Poor customer service
I only want to rent the dispenser and they keep sending water that I don’t order. Has taken months for them to pick them up. Very poor customer service.

Driver left water on the porch. Didn't wait to see where I needed it. Just rung the bell and left.
Wrong Product
I recently signed up for water service at Costco and asked specifically for Ozarka water and received 4 bottles of a different brand that my family will not drink. Watch out what you sign up for.
Not compatible
The app has large images that cover messaging. It doesn’t function properly if you’re using an iPhone 17. This app needs some upgrading.

Every time I just this app I have to update. Crazy… but this new app is way better than the old system
Why
You suddenly decided to change apps, and the new one wishes it were even a quarter as good as the previous version. Getting even the smallest mistake corrected now requires an absurd amount of unnecessary effort. I’m not sure what you’re calling leadership these days, but when your business is literally delivering water, there’s no excuse for making things this difficult for both your customers and your own employees. At this point, services backed by Costco can no longer be assumed to meet the level of quality or customer service that Costco’s name has historically represented. When a Costco-backed service creates this much unnecessary frustration over basic issues, it seriously undermines the trust customers place in the Costco brand. A lower stay rating is much deserved, unfortunately however it is not available.

Chaotic delivery system
I have been having delivery issues for over a year. There’s a huge disfunction in their delivery system. At times I get delivery twice in two days, i cancel but they still deliver. No communication between the system and the delivery people. I am in the process to find a way to drop this service. It causes more headaches every month that I have time for.
I am sitting on more bottles of water than I can consume in a month, I called last week, requested to speak with a manger to get this problem resolved. Couldn’t get one at the moment. Was promo that one will call me back in 24 hours, at still waiting. And they are in a hurry to deliver more water. I am at the point of just

Horrible service
I been trying to communicate with someone in your company but I can’t get in touch with anyone so i believe i will be canceling the service due to communication issues and the service is terrible how can you deliver the water and live it outside in the driveway anybody can tamper with the water is just not safe the way the do service. I don’t see necessary to take a vacation day to receive the water deliver to my house. Thank you but i will be departing from your services
