No easy cancellation at all
Companies that don’t let you easily cancel their service without talking to them need to figure out what they are going to do to be better, cause we, the general consumer, are SICK OF IT

This is too much money to be paying for this service and the water I want is never in stock?

Unreliable
The app does not retain the number of bottles that I want delivered! If I change it to 3, I will sometimes get 3 and sometimes only get 1. When I go back and look to make sure I am getting the correct number, it is always at 1. So frustrating
