I enjoy the convenience of having my water delivered, and I understand rising costs are happening for everyone. But the cost is getting too expensive. I may have to cancel this service if the delivery price continues to rise.

This app will only allow you to skip a delivery. Even with new update, the new reschedule feature will not allow future delivery to be months later. Plus every time I try to login, it keeps telling me “forgot password” …. So annoyed

I was told other prices
I purchased four gallons of water and was told that I would receive 10 free gallons, but I haven’t received any of them yet.
I was also told that the delivery fee would be split, reducing my portion from $15 to $5. However, it appears that I’m still being charged the incorrect amount.
