Lost Accounts
This app is buggy and incorrectly designed to handle a single user (SSN) with multiple accounts. The accounts for my children after my oldest were lost and it’s a huge hassle.
Terrible App
There should not be issues with an app like this one but there are. I have tried on three different occasions to withdraw my money to send to my daughter’s school. Each time I go through the entire process until the submit step and am told that there is an error. Looks like withdrawing my money should be simple, but that is not the case.

App no longer works
Started getting a “currently unavailable, please try again later. Status:400” message a few weeks ago. Have deleted and re downloaded the app several times since but receive the same error. Skip the app and use the website.

So many things you can’t see or do on app…. Basically worthless

Can’t change investments, unable to access funds, no breakdown to how the account is performing
Stopped working
The app stopped working, displaying an error on plan selection screen. Contacted support.

I watch this app periodically. It doesn’t seem this app updates the numbers as much as other apps. I doubt my account went a whole week without changing values also will not sync with my financial planning app
What happened?
For some reason my app will no longer find plans when I search for it. I can’t access my kids accounts from the app anymore.

Wonderful tool. Should be promoted more to parents in Ohio schools

Terrible. Glitchy. Face ID login barely work. Passwords for apple dont load. App sucks.

This UI leaves much to be desired. Options are limited and not easy to find. The app in general isn’t easy to navigate, but not like you have an option.

Recent updates have made this app less useful and more buggy when logging in. Went from seamless to clunky.

The not so good: the app frequently boots me out of its routine login including fingerprint access, forcing me to restart the whole login process from square one.

Couple of steps from perfect
Does the job just doesn’t make it the easiest. Feels like in 2026 you could use a debit card/credit card and a youth gift could be paid by credit card. PayPal Venmo any of these options. The only options to set up a bank account
