Horrible app
Have requested numerous times to enable Face ID. Falls on deaf ears.
Terrible app
Spend some time and money and make a real app. This is my retirement account - serious stuff - but this app feels 10 years outdated. Doesn’t even have face ID. Doesn’t connect to Monarch or other dashboards. Seriously Nationwide, do better.

Poor function and design
This app is one of the most poorly designed and least functional 401k programs I’ve ever seen. It is difficult to navigate, has confusing and disorganized sections, does not provide all of the relevant information, and the retirement planning function doesn’t work. I formerly managed 401k programs for a national bank, so if I have trouble with this app, imagine the frustration for most users.

This app is horrible; a total joke! It barely works, is very slow and has one of the worst UI’s I’ve ever seen. This is unacceptable by today’s standards.
Under Maintenance for Months
It’s supposed to use the same password as the original Nationwide app but it doesn’t work but has been saying Nationwide is under maintenance, this has been going on for months.

It’s falsely advertised as 24/7 access to view and monitor accounts. It rarely allows access during the weekends, which I imagine is when most working progressions have free time to tend to personal matters. It’s so inconvenient

This app is trash it lags and it always shows you information a day behind such trash. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
