Fails to saved receipts uploaded useless app
Upload receipts, saves them but fails to show them in dashboard.
So app is useless until you make a fix to show uploaded receipts to the app. I’ve tried everything . Been 3 months since I reported issues but no updates.

Added receipt bit doesn’t save FAILURE DO NOT USE APP
Added multiple receipts and I saved but they are NOT THERE so now I’ve lost important data. NOT HAPPY

Receipts not emailable OR downloadable
Hey guys, BAS is almost due. Not a good time to have a bug that prevents receipts being emailed or downloaded.
Great App for tracking work expenses
I wish the ATO app was more like this. It makes logging and tracking expenses flawless. I have never done my taxes with H&R Block but this year I certainly will be accessing their services. Thanks H&R Block and keep updating the features!
Horrible app
Terrible app. Lost all my data as one day they decided to delete my whole account. This included my KMS completed and all my receipts. I contacted HR block and they said that someone would call about this and sort it out, and guess what. They never did. Don’t get this app if you want all your data lost

updated app and still showing to be updated both on ipad and iphone, tried deleting app and reinstalling and still says to update
Digital receipts
Although this works well to store my receipts digitally, you aren’t able to zoom in on the image of the receipt once stored, making them difficult to read. A zoom function would be very helpful.

Not able to sign up. Downloaded & updated - couldn’t sign up. It says passwords don’t match, which I can clearly see is not the case. Removed, downloaded, & updated - same problem. Please fix

Signed up ok, trying to load the first receipt (H&R Block tax invoice) as a PDF and the app crashes after several attempts!

Unusable if you have increased the font size on your phone. Those with low vision need not apply I guess. This is app dev 101. Did H&R Block not pay the developers the final instalment? Ridiculous

First Time User
Being the first time I think it’s gonna be great come tax rebate time, but trying to come up with a nickname that hasn’t been taken is annoying and is a waste of time.
iPad Layout & Receipt View
Works okay on iPhone bar the issue of not being able to refer back to the attachment/photo whilst filling out the fields. iPad layout is almost unusable, fonts are abnormally large size and can’t navigate the interface.
Cannot even sign up
Every time I try and create an account, I get text saying: “The pass confirmation does not match.”
I thoroughly enjoy this app
I only wish you could customise and sort receipts by category
