Not compatible with jetboots
Not compatible with jetboots, I have the latest version. Won’t pair. The boots function without the app but were marketed to have more functionality when paired to the app. Very misleading.
Not worth the money
Received 1st Therabody Recovery Air Prime in January of 2023. Would not connect to the app. Returned the unit and waited 4 weeks for replacement. The 2nd Recovery air arrived and it also would not connect to the app. Definitely not worth the premium price.
Love the product, app doesn’t work
The recovery air leg system is awesome! The app doesn’t pair, though. I’ve reinstalled it several times with no luck. Suggestions??
Why do they had this app?
I could not get this app to connect to the Recovery Air Pro. I did get connection through the Therabody app which raises the question of the purpose of the Recovery Air app.
BTW I had initially tried the support chat but it was unavailable. I sent a message but over 36 hours later I have not received a reply.

App will not pair with iPhone 11
The Jet Boots work well. However, they will not connect with the app via blue tooth. I have followed all of the instructions, including uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as multiple attempts to work with customer support via chat and email. Still not working and I am told there is no phone number to call. Seriously?!
I will now be sending via email more details about our phone and this app and hope that an update to the app will fix this issue as I cannot use the more advanced features without the app. Very frustrating for such a high end product to have such limited support.

App doesn’t recognize newest model
I have the RecoveryAir Pro (gen 2) and it doesn’t show up as an option. Unable to connect with app. No Bluetooth connectivity can be found.
Boots are great. App is AWFUL.
The boots and the controller are excellent. The app refuses to pair and is worthless. I love Therabody but this is a major miss.

Wish I’d read the App Store reviews before buying this product, because this app is a joke. I got the boots but they won’t pair with, or even show up on, my phone. The app doesn’t even show an option for my model. Expected a bit more after plunking down nearly a grand. Returning it.

Literally doesn’t connect to the app. For spending 600$ on this product I should have access to all functions that the app provides ..

Recovery Air Prime Generation2
This unit isn’t even a listed option in the app so obviously our unit won’t connect to the app. Very upsetting since there is no way to select a program without the app. We will be returning the unit. You really should update the app before selling a ‘new’ unit with Bluetooth capabilities to the public.

Terrible connectivity
Got the jet boots. Those are great, however the app does not connect at all. Such a pain to spend so much on hardware and not be able to use all features. Will be complaining with Therabody

RecoveryAir Prime feels good from just operating from the box. However unable to connect via Bluetooth like it has been advertised. Quite disappointing for paying that much money and features don’t work.
How do you connect to recovery airboots??
I’ve tried everything to connect to recovery airboots but see no way of doing this even though the manual says you can 🤷♂️

Hardware is great. App is unusable
RecoveryAir boots are great and it’s easy to use them with the device panel. However, this app is unintuitive. I don’t know how to pair my boots to the app. Also the user interface is confusing considering how few things I would want to do with this app.
