I booked ac sleeper from Thiruvarur to Ernakulam in skanda bus. The pickup point time was on 8 45 pm but on 8 pm they informed that there bus got breakdown . Please think Just before 1 hr of journey they informed the issue , i got panicked becasue its late ni8 and i want to Reach ekm the very next morning cause i want go to job. And later they called and told me that they had arranged another bus from thiruvarur to thanjavur and then from thanjavur there will be skanda bus to ekm. And the bus arranged by them was late and we hadn't got any seat in that bus, we travelled on siting in driver cabin and travelled from thiruvarur to thanjavur for that 1 hour while we paid for ac sleeper. Very pathatic situation. And later when we reach thanjavur we came to see that the skanda bus was totally different from the picture the show while booking. An old bus with dirty interior and dirty pilloe and blankets..very bad experience from skanda bus and redbus. And when i tell this to my friends they told that skanda bus is always like this , last moment they will cancel the trips by saying lies like this .

Neet and clean
Terrible service and glitchy app
I booked my trip home. Says the payment error, app glitches out and then I go to buy the ticket and after purchase then the payment error ticket suddenly is taken out of my account. I’ve discussed about a refund for the last 4 days and they keep pinning on me and asking me for screen records of the glitch like I knew before the glitch would happen. I’ve shown the payment come out of two accounts, messaged straight away so obviously I wasn’t trying to buy two tickets in two seperate goes back to back

Cant get help from customer care
Regret booking rail to ket with this app. Payment success and irctc issue so ticket was not booked. Redrail initiated refund but it never reached me. I could not help from chat or call centre as i never got chance to speak to a human. Looks like there is no place to reach them no email address and everywhere i get an automated response that refund initiated. Is there any human behind to look at my issue?

Miss my bus because the stop location was not clear
I arrived 1 hour before the bus arrival and I couldn’t find the exact bus stop. No pedestrian nor official was able to help the find the exact bus location. I miss my bus. Bad experience, I will not use this app again.
