Room booking

Last night i was booked ka room in delhi this price was a 529 after discount i was pay 1st but when i was reached hotel reception hotel staff demand 400 exter ,if i was not pay him 400 then he was not giving me my room ,i have not a other option for stay bucz night then i was pay 400 him.

This didn't happen just to me, they were doing it to everyone."
I was very old user for red bus I always chose red bus but this time very disappointed 🥲🥲..

cant even create an account

right out the gate the app goes sideways. the app defaults to india (im in the US). if you manage to get thru this screen and put in US +1 and your US # the OTP never gets sent. so you can't even create an account unless your on a list of six countries?

Worst experience with the app

Cannot acceess a customer care rep at all, the numbers don’t work, and even if it connects, it wont connect you to a live agent . Stay away from redbus
