Best journaling app
This is the best journaling app for free I have ever seen. It’s super interactive very clean and simple. Good expression options and knowing how you truly felt in a moment being able to get it out and have it saved the good and the bad

Just feels like lots of quotes and then suggested I buy someone I don’t know a coffee? Odd, sorry!

So bad do not download trust me it’s so low quality and it crashes your device

AI is discriminatory
The AI is horrible with LGBTQ related entries. It’s discriminatory, harmful, and the opposite of what a journal touting mental health support should be aiming for. But clearly there’s a huge anti-LGBTQ AI push here.

Paying for Nothing???
I really loved this app and have been using it for almost 8 years, so I decided to upgrade to the premium version as I felt I would only enjoy it more. But after purchasing, none of the premium features were unlocked. It just kept telling me I had to upgrade to premium to access them. I ended up emailing customer their customer service with screen shots proving that I did subscribe but was still not gaining access to the features. I got no response. This was a year ago and I’ve barely touched the app since. I reported the charge as fraud to get my money back since I never heard anything back. I’m writing this review now because I recently opened the app and was prompted once again to upgrade to premium. I still have no reply to my email a year later.

Weird Anti Vaxxer quote
I got a quote from the general category from Jenny McCarthy who said she looks at autism like a bus accident, and that you don’t become cured but can recover. I thought the quote was a bit weird so I did some research. After looking her up, I found out she herself doesn’t have autism, but her son does, and she promotes the idea that vaccines cause autism. I’ve had this app for a few years and have gotten a few weird quotes, but this is the one that’s making me delete it. I look for inspiration or funny quotes, not weird anti vaxxer opinions. I know I’m just one person and my one uninstall doesn’t matter, but I just thought I’d share.

Fantastic Journal App
I have used Reflectly for years. The free version is very good and I highly recommend it to people I know! I love the daily reflections, and how the check ins track your mood and what’s going on in life. It’s super easy to use and also somehow I like it better than journaling in a notebook nowadays. Highly recommend!

Waste of money
good app but my premium not working
i’d give 5 stars but i paid $30 for the app to not work pleeease fix or refund bcuz the chart is t working. i paid but i still can’t see my charts. i used to use this app when i was down and seeing a chart if my mood helped a lot but now it doesn’t work for some reason. idk if it’s apple or the app but the chart screen is glitched for me

Using it for years now
This app has been my diary off&on for years now. This app has really helped me recognize my mental health patterns and become more self-aware. Admittedly I use it inconsistently but the daily check-ins & reading my old ones help me become more stable whenever I’m in an unstable time. The tags you can use on each entry is super helpful. Sometimes I’m not sure what else to say but “Ugh” “Meh” but having the tags I can explain more what I mean without actually having to. Which is super helpful when you’re reading whatever you wrote months ago😅 I love the selection of quotes they have!

“Could not sign in for an unknown reason.”
I was going to wait some more till I trusted this app and because I usually don’t write reviews. This could not wait—especially after membership purchase. I have been using this smart journal fine until today. I was really starting to use this more and about to recommend. Oh the disappointment. I read there is a new update, but has made the login for returning users bricked. I was randomly logged out and I didn’t even know it but the journal and quotes to me to the app fine. Additionally I went to see the developer website and support help. It’s a bad joke: the submit button is fake! I can’t even contact the support team on their own official support website looking cool and all, even mentioned here. IDK how others are having positive exp. still.

Their Growth Bundle provided reasonable pricing for all of their apps and I've been a subscriber for five years. But my recently-renewed subscription is no longer active in any but one of the 10 apps I use — and I'm being gouged to the tune of $340+ every year if I want to continue using them.
Developer support is nonexistent; my email messages are being ignored. Given the plethora of reasonably-priced apps that do what this app does, you're better off looking someplace else.
And now it’s impossible to log in.

PLEASE
I love this app but I have paid for Premium and it still is not allowing me to access Premium features. I contacted the support team but I never got a response. It makes me think this is a scam. It’s frustrating because I paid £19.99.

Journaled almost daily for two years and it logged me out and wont let me sign back in so i js lost everything
